“No response to emails. I ordered in November and nothing!!!! The website contact form is down. This looks like a scam.”

“Wrote a bad review few hours ago, no response, no order etc. only to get home and find item had been delivered today ! Like some others looks like I was one of the lucky ones too - customers need more communication Dizinga, speedier service and possibly better sizing - will know more about that after Christmas as to whether it's right size or not.”

“1 star is 1 too many- ordered a Christmas gift 3 weeks ago. Has yet to come. Emailed them 3x - no response. Next step is contacting credit card company for refund. STAY AWAY from this company unless you like aggravation.”

“I have ordered a Steven Universe sweatshirt for my daughter for Xmas and have received nothing. Have emailed twice and no reply. Just reading all the reviews and this is obviously a scam. I’m gutted. Will be seeking legal advice.”

“1 star because I had a confirmation e mail promptly but that’s it - ordered on 3rd December but tracker still says order accepted but nil else and no response to 4 emails asking about delivery date. Never given a poor review before but so disappointed. Here to trying to cancel the order and get money back.”

“I have just disputed my order with my credit card company due to the lack of response from this company. I placed my order a month ago and have heard nothing since. I will be getting my money back one way or another. Your company SUCKS.”

“Brought a sweatshirt for my step son almost 2 weeks ago. I did have an email saying they are getting my order ready. I have emailed them and haven't heard anything. I don't have alot of money and I'm absolutely gutted after now reading the reviews. I doudt I will get the jumper now but just a question How long until the item arrived? Do I report it to my bank and hopefully get my money back? £30 may not be alot but that's 4 hours work for me. Im so upset. Please don't use this website.”

“I had to put at least 1 star so I could write a review but I wouldn't even give them that... this company does not exist. Just take your money and gone.I wish I would have read the reviews first,what a scam. Do not order from Dizinga. Did not receive my order at all.”

“Ordered a hoodie aged 7-8 for my daughter for Christmas. Order was received which makes us one of the lucky ones but it's a large teen sized which will swamp our daughter. Can't return it as the link to the returns page is a dead end. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Won't be using this company again.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their phone no is false. They do not reply to emails. They do not offer returns. There is no address to send unwanted goods back. Their refund policy is a lie. A total scam.”

“I suppose I am one of the lucky ones that did receive something from Dizinga. Wasn't the right item of course, so technically in the same boat. No call-backs after leaving answerphone messages, so replies to (numerous) emails. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, DO NOT RISK USING DIZINGA”
