“Parts arrived on time after dispatch and in perfect condition. Good communication and customer service. I think they could have taken the lead to inform that some parts were not in stock and finally would not be available from the manufacturer. But after that situation was cleared, I quickly got a refund and the rest of the parts were shipped. I would recommend this store.”

“I am extremely glad I found this site recently as it gives me another option when considering quality alternative service parts, and it also saved me a few pounds too, which helps when trying to service a car on a very tight budget. I hope the WIX oil, air and cabin filters are as good as the feedback and reviews as it's my first time for this product. The only gripe I have is the postage cost, as it would be a genuine incentive to order a few extra bits and bobs, perhaps even next years service parts in advance, and so as a result of that I'd probably reach the free postage spend figure if it was reduced to a reasonable figure of £40, so in essence, I'd save on the present and future postage, and it would potentially mean diycarserviceparts.co.uk would be getting more business upfront, and there would also mean one less lot of packaging potentially next time around and potentially one less fuel cost as part of the whole delivery equation, which can only be good for everyone (except the fuel companies of course!) in the long run. The 2nd class postage was fast, but there was no need in my particular order for an oversized cardboard box for 3 items or the big bubble packaging filled with gas, whether it be O2 or CO2, as well as the shredded cardboard packaging. Other than that everything was great!”
