Long story short. Ive ordered diving camera. No one told me it was not in stock. I did change it to different one and from delivery 'next day' Ive received it week later. Returned as agreed with DW. After many e-mails, phonecalls 4 weeks since they have got camera back refund is not with me. I did received 2 reassuring emails refund is done, but no monies yet. DW offered me refund of postage as well but today they said Ive spend to much on oostage and they will not refund as I didnt pay for the postage to recive the goods. Will neve recommend them to anyone. Customer service dont exist. They used exsue as being a small business. I work in plumbers merchant. There is 4 of us in branch. 4 branches business and we dont treat customers likt that. So overall Im asking since 4 weeks for my £160 for camera and promised £4.99 back. Refund for postage is not important but now I just want it for all the hassle received. Rather go other places for shoping!

I have given one star because there is no option for zero stars. In November 2016, I ordered a wetsuit and a pair of boots. My 327 pounds was taken promptly. Despite multiple fone calls and emails, the wetsuit appeared end January with no response to emails and no return fone calls. I returned it for a bigger size on February 6th 2017. Despite multiple fone calls, only one of which has ever resulted in me being given any information, I still have no wetsuit. The boots have never appeared. Do not use divers warehouse. On Monday I will be calling a solicitor. Chris hyde.

Long atory short. Ordered camerwa, was not it stock. No correspondence to let me know. I did change it to other one, but from next day arriver week later. Unhappy with timescale I did return camera as DW allow me. Camera went back 28.04.2017. I do have email saying they have receivedit. As per today 17.05.2017 many phonecall and reassuring email no reulfund has been received. Not happy at all. I try to support small business but this is not professional. They own me monies and I keep asking for them and being polatlie fob off. Wonder how long will that take me and where else I need to complain to receive my refund. Good quality product, need to admit but customer service, the worst.

I ordered a torch from Divers Warehouse in February, I have now sent 3 emails, and made 4 phone calls and visited twice. Nine Contacts! The last phone call was 2 weeks ago, the lady I spoke to faithfully promised that the touch would be delivered on Tuesday the 25th, once again the torch has not arrived! This without doubt the worst shopping service that I have ever had. I purchased the touch with some gift vouchers that my wife got me for Christmas, I asked the lady to refund my wife's card she refused saying that Next would not refund vouchers so they would not!!!

do not buy! do not trust! I placed an order in December. they have been confirming that item is coming from supplier for over 3 months. after that informed me that price now is much higher so I canceled transaction. Month after cancellation I did not receive £156 refund. think they just making money keeping customers cash on their account.

I am very unimpressed with this company. I ordered some weight pouches for BCD about a month ago. I then realised the BCD already had the pouches supplied with it so requested a refund for the pouches I had ordered. I was advised a refund would be granted. A week later nothing and was told accountant on holiday. A further week later told accountant back will arrange refund. Told several days ago give us your card details and we will refund today. Still waiting.............................I will NOT use this company again and suggest you DONT either. Clearly they enjoy being bad or don't give a fig either way judging by the number of VERY POOR reviews over a long time.

Shocking. I'm really surprised that this company is still trading given the competition that is out there. Do NOT use them. They will take your money and not supply the goods you order and then you will be fobbed off over trying to get your money back. I have just got mine back after the credit card co got involved after an order that i placed on 1 sept was not filled. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Awful service! I wish I had read reviews on this company before I placed my order. I purchased a mask on 11th July this year, as I was off on a diving holiday at the end of August. After giving them a few days grace on the estimated delivery date I rang them and they said they didn't have my mask in stock so it was being ordered from the supplier, which could take up to an extra week. After the week passed, I sent an email and got no response, so I rang them and they said my particular mask wasn't in stock, but I could choose a new colour. I then received an email (so their email does work!) with the colour choices, which I responded to with my choice, yet again, no reply. After another week of waiting I rang them again and said I needed it by the following Friday (giving them 8 days) otherwise I would be cancelling my order and asking for a refund. Low and behold, no mask! So I rang and cancelled my order, asking for a full refund, they said the money would be in my account in 2-3 working days. In the end I had to go through Paypal to get my money back as I don't think they had any intentions of refunding me quickly. Do not order anything through this company, they are complete time wasters and it seems like I am not alone!
