“I have been using Disposable Medical Instruments Ltd for many years. The quality of the scissors is exceptional. This time however the delay in delivery let them down. From ordering it took over a month to receive my full order. Three different deliveries before my order was complete. Customer service were always very friendly and helpful. Can I recommend asking the couriers to leave a card as to where orders have been left when clients aren't at home . The past two have been left with neighbours and I had absolutely no idea. It's kind for people to accept them but unfair to expect them to bring them to me.”

“Error with payment in EUR (had to convert to GBP online to pay!) resulted in email being sent to me stating that because I had failed to pay in EUR, my order had to be cancelled and replaced. Whole experience was unnecessarily complicated, had to complete a bank transfer for the given amount after thinking I had successfully placed my order. Inconvenient but staff apologised.”

“Great quality of product and excellent customer service. Always take customer feedback seriously and implement any suggestions quickly (for example, I had a batch where the gloves were folded the wrong way so that you couldn't put the gloves on without touching the fingers first and affecting the sterility). They immediately dealt with it and gave me free packs to put it right. Never had a problem since. Thank you”

“I have been using Strabismus scissors for quiet few years as a Tongue tie practitioner midwife. Disposable Medical Instrument always have been giving a very good service. Delivering my orders promptly, keeping me informed if short of this particularly instrument. Also trying to help me if there is other type of scissors I can use instead and been sent quicker if non on stock. Thank you for your wonderful service.”
