“Good product, good price, delivery not good. Took 3 days to deliver by DPD after giving definite times and not turning up. Only after complaining to supplier did we actually see the delivery. No regrets or appoligies from DPD. Suggest you get another courier.”

“An absolutely EXCELLENT experience with Shop4 Electrical. First off I rang them to ask if a Dimplex wall fan heater they were selling, could have the factory automatic run cut off time shortened. The wonderfully helpful young gentleman actually bothered to ring Dimplex as he wanted to know himself, too, to add to his knowledge to be able to help other customers. A clear answer and instructions for my electrician came back (yes) and his advice re a choice between the 2 Dimplex models. (I needed one for a shower room) I then ordered on line and the VERY NEXT DAY IT ARRIVED!!! (In the Isle of Wight!) Many many thanks. Annabelle”

“One of the PVC Trunking was damaged just as well I did not need the part that was damaged. Lip for clipping cover on was broken about 18 inches. Only thing that was good it arrived the next day.”

“Excellent customer service, able to answer all questions quickly and clearly. Items were dispatched quickly and even large items (four meter solar rails) were included in the standard postal rates including free delivery over £50. The price for solar panel delivery is also competitive, so will bear them in mind if I upgrade. Good experience all round.”
