“There was no indication that additional custom fees would be added. Of an order of 80€ they wanted around 30€ in shipping and another 51€ in customs fees. In the end the shipping was almost as much as the value of the order. Customer service where unhelpful, providing terrible advise. I'm still waiting for my refund for over a month now without reply from customer service. Be careful shopping from this vendor.”

Hi Anton, We did agree to refund the order as soon as the tracking shows the parcel as being returned. Our customer service team advised you that if you did not want to pay the fees you could request for the parcel to be returned and we would in turn offer you a full refund. It is rare for us to see issues arise in regards to customs fees, it seems in this case you have been very unlucky.
