hello, I JUST WANT TO SAY YOUR PRODUCTS ARE FINE , BUT WHEN SOMEONE MAKES A PURCHASE THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE IS CORRECT FROM USA TO EUR TO PESO ?? AND MAKE SURE TO BE ABLE TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL IS THE BEST WAY FOR ME ?? Worst online customer service and payment facilities ever encountered in e-commerce. Poor customer service, no resolution to simple questions, after 1 month they still aren't able to give a proper answer on how to make a payment in € via credit card. Not reading request properly, wrong answers. Always automatic emails, no possibility to call customer service or being called and in the end you're getting nowhere as a "client".

Don’t actually accept card payments at all.Orders keep changing currency. Can’t even use Paypal. Company us known by various names Direct Sarms/Direct Peptides. Whole operation feels dodgy.

I ordered from them in the past never had an issue. But the last order, brings me here to write a review. I ordered last week for a good amount. They asked me for the first time to pay by having to give all my info, never happened before. I let it slide even tho is a red flag. For days they kept telling me I didnt pay for my order, but i had an email of confirmation from them about my the payment (stupid if you ask me). Emails were missspelled mostly, another red flag. In the end I choose to call my bank to find out, maybe I am wrong and they are right. But no, the bank immediatly confirmed my payment, and gave me a reference number that I sent to DP. Next email, was them thanking me for my order, after almost a week in which they vehemently tried to convince me otherwise. I mean, you as a company try to pull this scams, is sad. Makes me sad, i have to give up on a company that I worked with fine. Thanks DP for the past orders, but the last one showed you true color.

Your customer service has been horrible, you sent me mislabeled products and now you want me to inject a “mislabeled” product into my body? Where is my confidence that this product is actually anything you claim it to be? What if you accidentally put something harmful into the vials by accident? I have zero confidence in your company at this point. I can’t put faith into a company that sends out mis-labeled products. I am completely disgusted at this point.

No positive effect from the peptide. Only a negative effect meaning red colour of my face with warm sensation but no positive effect on sexuality. But perhaps it is only my proper reaction and experience.

First order took multiple weeks and many emails ‘list in customs etc” all clearly untrue. Second order (I thought they deserved another chance...) - ‘card system not working, can’t find your bank transfer’ Really want to support this company but I’m starting to think it’s a bunch of college kids working out of someone’s garage. The peptide market is getting huge, with many competitors. Get it right or move over.

This review has been requested at a bad time. I had previously been very happy with the service, but my last order had two items and only one of them arrived. I have notified customer services, who explained they would check the photo taken at the boxing stage and let me know. That was 9 weeks ago and I have not received an update. I don't want to put another order in until this is sorted out.
