“Very helpful and willing to send out fabric samples of any colours without a sample charge. Unfortunately they weren’t suitable on this occasion but I would definitely try them again.”

“Easy to use website and sample ordered arrived very quickly. Jo followed up with a courtesy call - very pleasant, not at all pushy. I really liked the fabric but colour was not suitable so I have now requested a sample of the fabric in an alternative colour.”

“Very helpful service. After ordering samples I received a phone call from Jo asking if I could confirm when the samples arrived and enquiring if further help was needed. I changed my plans which meant that I didn’t need the fabric after all and but the initial service was very good. Jo called a second time to check if everything had arrived, she has a pleasant non- pushy manner.”

“A very personal service. Samples arrived and there was a courtesy call. I was unable to find the colour I was looking for so have been able to send a photo so they can try and find a match for me. Couldn't be more helpful. Thank you.”

“Direct fabric sample service was really quick and efficient in getting my sample to me. There is no better way to select fabric than feeling the texture and seeing the colour, rather than an image on computer. Thank you.”

“Ordered two sets of samples over the internet but only one set arrived in the post although this was very promptly delivered. I chased a second sample by email and a further two sets were sent instead which was good although this time they appeared to have been held up in the post. First deliver was within 3-5 days and the second longer around 5 days.”

“Great fabric, good value for money, excellent service. Would have liked an alternative delivery method that was a bit cheaper as I didn't need the fabric urgently but was overall very satisfied with my samples and then purchase.”

“Only sent half my order, when I enquired about it they never got back to me about it I had to ring again twice , I was supposed to get confirmation that the order had been sent but never got that either”
