“We visited Aintree branch last weekend, with my son and his pregnant girlfriend. We initially had help from Sophie & Liv, who were both equally great! The star of the show was Nicky though. She was so, so knowledgeable on car seats and all safety aspects! We were initially only going for a browse, planning on visiting other shops, but we purchased a pram, upgraded the car seat and bought a snug pod too!! Would not hesitate to recommend the shop (so much choice!) Thank you ladies, for such a pleasurable experience! xx”

“Booked an appointment in store and was looked after by Nicky. Really welcoming and informative through the appointment and was honest about what would fit with our needs for the new baby. Purchased a cybex bundle with quick delivery and extremely happy! Thanks Nicky!”

“Visited the Aintree store. We was given a warm welcome by Nicky when we arrived, who was very helpful. She talked us through everything we wanted, giving us a demo of the pram and car seat too. Very happy with the service and will be returning.”

“Friendly and helpful customer service, Olivia was very patient and nothing was too much trouble, we left with everything we wanted and even had a car seat demo in my car. We have ordered our pram and car seat and they have offered to hold them in the warehouse until we need them nearer the time. Would highly recommend :)”

“Went to direct4baby and Nic give us a loverly welcome from the minute we got there she was loverly talked us through everything and nothing was to much bother for her no matter how many prams we got her to show us , we left the store very happy while we continued our baby shopping we went back around an hour later because I just couldn’t get the pram out my head I fell so much in love with Where tatie was our nursery advisor he talked us through all the pram saftey of the pram we had picked and we went away a very happy customer couldn’t fault the pair of them for there service such loverly welcoming people Thankyou x”

“Excellent service. I just love my experience at this store. I have been to direct 4 baby many times. Every time is a delightful experience. We returned on Saturday for a new car seat. We were greeted by the fabulous Nicky. Nicky knows us so well and always goes the extra mile. After hugs and a coffee we looked at car seats. Within 20minutes we had the perfect seat. It was fitted for us and we even got a price match so it was cheaper!!! Amazing service, amazing products. Cannot wait to go again. Thank you Nicky for always making our experience so lovely.”

“Visited the aintree store as the first baby store since finding out we were expecting and the customer service was amazing from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble for Taite and his product knowledge is endless. As first time parents and not really knowing what we wanted, Taite was so honest in advising us of what we needed and made us feel like he was genuinely interested and wanted to help us make the right decisions. Even though he knew we were just browsing that day, he still spent almost an hour with us going through things and didn’t always just recommend the most expensive items. After visiting other bigger name stores, the service cannot be matched and I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than direct 4 baby. We have now ordered our pram which we got a great deal on after Taite going through everything again and making sure our vehicle was compatible and we were comfortable with the use of the isofix and car seat. We can’t wait to pick up the pram and I already know I will be back to buy more things. Highly recommend this store. Thank you again Taite!”

“Nicky at aintree shop made our experience amazing in choosing our pram, car seats and bases for our twins on the way! Nothing was too much for her. She showed us how the bases fitted into our car and gave us full demonstration. Excellent customer service. We can’t wait to go back and pick up our pram! Thanks again Nicky!”

“I had a lovely experience at this store today in Aintree. The staff where so welcoming and attentive. Nicky, a member of the team really helped us decide on a pram and car seat. The information she gave us about the car seat was outstanding and she gave us a run through of how it works and showed us the safety measures. She also looked at our car and checked the park would fit and explained how the car seat would go in. A service to go through and fit the car seat was also offered. It has a lovely seating area with refreshments at no extra cost. It was so relaxing and nothing felt pressured. I will be definitely be coming back again. Thank you for a great experience. It was lovely to see and test products on show.”

“Went to aintree direct4baby today to start looking for a pram. It’s our first baby and had no idea where to start with prams/car seats etc. Nicky greeted us and helped us with things when we needed. She never pushed us with a purchase and was friendly with her advice. She even told us to go away and look around which put us even more at ease as we didn’t feel like she was pushing for a sale. We went away and returned the same day and purchased a pram from this store! Nicky tried the isofix in the car and let us put up and take down the pram and change all the seats how ever many times we wanted. Felt like what would of been a stressful day, turned out to be the most exciting experience! Thank you Nicky x”
