“We went to direct 4 baby with a idea of what we wanted, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much. Nicky helped with any questions we had (which there was alot) and helped us chose the right travel system for us. The customer service we received was amazing compared to other big retail stores.”

“Me and my partner are first time parents to be and came into store looking for help with a car seat. We were attended to by Taite who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect car seat and kindly fitted it in our car. He also gave us a demo on how to use it and what to do as the baby gets bigger. I have also dealt with Nicky in store who again was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back for further products when needed. Thank you 😊”

“We have ordered a lot of our bigger items from the Aintree store whereby Nicky assisted us. Absolutely nothing was too much. I couldn't decided between pram colours and she got items in both colours and allowed us to go outside in daylight and rationally helped me settle and I have never looked back since! She checked our cars were compatible for Isofix and showed us a car demo. She was extremely knowledgeable on all items and there was absolutely no pushing for sales or more expensive items. I really trusted her advice as she had kids and I felt she really knew what she was talking about. We also for given a brew which was such a lovely touch and kept us going as we were in there a few hours ticking off various items. Another amazing advantage is we have our house upside down with building work prepping for the little one and theyre storing our items until we are ready to collect and when we go she will give us another car demo. Literally nothing was too much for her and I will certainly give them my custom again and again and have done and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who is having a baby. Free parking right outside too 😊 thanks so much Nicky you made what felt like quite daunting shop of large expensive items feel a breeze which when you're pregnant is all you want!”

“Very happy. The service we received from the aintree store from nicky and Tate was fabulous! They made me feel very at ease as I advised it was our first baby and was feeling overwhelmed with everything. Nicky took her time to go through everything with me, advised best pram for our daily lifestyle and was no pushy into a sale. Felt very happy and relaxed when we left and knew I’d be back to order once I made my decision on colours etc. The service I received from everyone was fabulous. I have now purchased my icandy peach 7 pram and I look forward to delivery near to my due date.”

“I cannot fault the staff at the aintree store, they have been amazing every time I have been in with or without a sale! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful in every way and do not mind giving you their time at all! As a result we have bought so many of our larger purchases from there. The after service is fabulous too if you have any queries on purchases you have already made! Thankyou so much guys, your assistance has been invaluable. My only criticism would be in respect of the head office as there where some delays in my pram getting to me, although this was through no fault of their own I did have to chase it a few times myself to get updates. I must point out I did raise this at the time though and received an apology and subsequent adjustments to the order where very promptly dealt with. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received and will continue to shop there.”

“Do not buy from them! Bought a buggy online June 2020, Twins were born in Aug and thats when we realised theu have sent us the wrong fittungs... Customer service was very slow took them couple of months to send us the correct one. We were told our buggy got 2yrs warranty and now after 18 months that tyres have puncture (tried changing them but still leaks). took customer service 10 days to get back to us and say its not under warranty! I just need my buggy fixed, I dont mind paying but they couldn't care less about safety of my children. This buggy is a waste of money, Break keeps jumping, and now we have so much problem with the tyres and customer service are not available half the time.”

Hi Masha, You contacted direct4baby over your mountain buggy and asked if we sold the appropriate tyres, we advised that it was out of warranty however we would get in touch with them and see if they would amend free of charge and as you had not registered on the website the further 12 months cover then they may refuse. We contacted you and advised that Mountain buggy would not accept the warranty claim and advised the below. Please see below tyre care/recommendations below for future reference For the duet, these will be 10" innertubes that that on the actual they do sell the wheels on the mountain buggy website or that can be purchased from most bike manufacturers and hardware stores *We recommend 20-22 psi as the highest air pressure to put in all wheels at all times. It may be slightly lower, but it is the highest maximum pressure. If it is higher than that, the air chambers may burst or deflate. * If your wheels are not holding air, we recommend that you inspect the tube to see if a puncture can be found and repaired with a simple bicycle repair kit available at most bicycle stores. * Complete replacement tubes can also be replaced at local bike shops as all of our products are made with standard 10 "or 12" tubes. Local stores can also help you replace the inner tube as the operation is the same as a bicycle tire. * To help maintain proper pressure, we recommend that you use a hand / foot pump with a tire pressure gauge attached so that you can keep track of the air pressure you are putting into the tire. We recommend that you only use a hand or bicycle pump, as an automated air compressor can fill the inner tube too quickly. The valve is standard size. * Underinflation can cause pinching problems. This can happen when you hit a bump and your underinflated tire compresses to the rim. * Underinflation can also make pushing harder than usual and lead to accelerated tire wear. * A flat tire can result from gravel holding the valve open; to check: inflate the tire, quickly deflate and re-inflate. * Tire pressure is affected by heat, especially inside parked cars. Do not over-inflate. * For recurring leakage issues, you may also find tube sealant gel or puncture protection liners helpful. “Arrived at the shop and first impressions are wow! Nicky greeted us with a smile and offered us a variety of drinks they have. We was left to wonder for a short time till Nicky came over and gave us support and advice on different prams they have. We were able to trail them out in the shop which helps a lot. Nicky then demonstrated throughly different car seats which we could use on a pram we liked and even checked what fittings we have in the car for a car seat. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything, thank you very much Nicky x”

“Headed along to the event tonight to dip a toe in to the baby world as 2 completely clueless new parents to be! We spoke with Nicki and Jess who were both fantastic and by the time we left we felt a bit less deer in the headlights! “Rubbish, total rubbish business, bought car seat, never came foe ages, contacted to track item but was said out of stock, when checked again on website it was available but they have changed price drastically when I confronted they just starting to make lame excuses, avoid at all cost”

“Visited aintree store really early on in pregnancy as I had no idea what to purchase , what was new or even where to start . Direct 4 baby helped me choose and demonstrated every single item I liked and I narrowed it down to a shortlist . They are the most helpful store I had visited . Knowledge of products is fantastic and I’m so glad we chose this place . I now have all items we purchased set up and they are all perfect as we ordered . Would highly recommend this store to anyone .”
