“The chat room staff seemed despondent which was dissapointing. The artwork crew were FANTASTIC! I was a few hours late to use my January discount and there was no leeway for me, this made me a bit sad. I love your service generally but the team at the other side who deal with folk like me (people whos artwork is a bit dodgy) are so so good! Well done they are keepers! :)”

“It was a good print but I should have picked a better size. I think I sent a few copiess and the best of the send was picked I didnt need to worry. From my experience, bigger sizes are better and I will be ordering again, another idea, in a week or two (hopefully)”

“Great quality - great customer service (when I called for info prior to ordering). Disappointed that delivery was late. Was expecting (and paid a little extra) for delivery on Dec. 23 but the package did not arrive until the 29th. The delivery courier never replied to status inquiries. My order was time sensitive and the timing of the delivery was very important to me. You might want to find a better courier...”

We attempted to get in touch with you on the 21st as there was an issue with the artwork not matching the item you had ordered - we then heard back from you on the 22nd which resulted in the order leaving us a day later than your initial estimated delivery date. If there was no issue with the artwork then we would have dispatched this item as outlined in your order confirmation. Our courier was closed from the 24th December until the 29th December and we can only apologise for this delay. “Digital Printing's site is easy the most user friendly printing site that I have encountered. Not only this but they offer a wide range of choices and what I love most is the Instant Quotes! This provided my company with the efficiency and speed with regards to purchasing promotional flyers. One thing I think should be added is the possibility of learning more about the weight of the paper used as I chose a random one and ended up with quite light flyers.”

“Speedy delivery, good website for ordering and excellent quality of stickers. Only downside is having to set the images up yourself beforehand, without some image manipulation knowledge this is difficult.”

“Customer service was excellent when I contacted them. When the flyers arrived there was about 15 of them with the corners bend and damaged which I could not use but the rest are perfect and very well printed.”

Hi Luke, thanks for the review. It does state very clearly that our stickers are printed on paper adhesive stock on the product pages, I hope they worked out ok for you. Hopefully you will be back for more. Thanks Gary

“Altogether a positive experience. Colour and print reproduction where excellent - Final cutting was a bit ragged on a few of the leaflets but this could be fixed easily if cutting blades were maintained and kept sharp. Downside is I was looking to get some of the larger A size (A5+) stickers done but Digital Print Ireland is very expensive for these and I had to give the order to another printer. In short faultless printing and lost a star for what I have outlined. Improve on this Digital Print Ireland and you'll get 5 stars!”

“I order the wrong size item, on the order conf it didn't state the size, just said "A sized stickers" had it said A5 I might have been able to change it. But overall great service, great prices.”

Hi Ross, I'm sorry you missed the size but you have to choose the size you want to place the order and we didn't change that. The size you chose is stated many times through the order process and on the invoice emailed with your order. “We really would appreciate a preview feature before confirming order. Our recent order was delivered quickly, but the graphic seems to have been stretched to fit the dimensions of the sticker. A preview feature would have shown this and we could have modified the design to improve upon the delivered order.”

“My recent purchase was of business cards, which were excellent quality. Extremely thick stock, which is a world away from the cheap cards out there on the market. I will be ordering again for my clients this time.”
