“Used DigitalPrintingIreland.ie for the first time for a calendar print. I found the pdf template they provide very difficult to use and could not transfer photos to it so I switched to the Adobe Illustrator template having downloaded a free trial version of the Adobe software to use for the process. While still challenging (in spite of watching the starter video and contacting DigitalPrinting chat bot for help which it was unable to provide) I eventually managed to upload the photos to the template provided and convert it to a pdf for submission by email as directed. The Printer contacted me the next day via email with the adjusted pdf for my approval (they had removed the template frame and border on each photo from my submission which I didn't realise that you could do). The following day they confirmed that they would proceed with printing and the calendars were delivered by DPD within the promised 2 days timeframe. The quality of the printing was excellent (I had chosen the standard format offered) and for 50 calendars was very good value.”

“I ordered two sets of business cards. They arrived all mixed up with each other. I had to sort them manually myself, one by one. Also, a portion of the cards had smudge marks on them and as a result, were unusable. The only positive things I can say is that when I was ordering, I had a representative reach out to me very promptly to sort out an issue with the artwork, and the order was delivered on time.”

“The printing quality and speed is brilliant but your website sizing is confusing! I ordered for a6 cards but the size came as a7 once folded which is very unclear so I had to order again. The delivery was also poorly packaged so that you could see the cards from the outside and they arrived with the cellophane ripped.”
