Digital Hearing Care are leading partners in a UK wide network of high quality independent hearing aid audiologists. Wherever you live in the UK we can put you in touch with a hearing professional local to you who can really help you improve your hearing and quality of life. Everything you see on this website is what you can expect from our recommended hearing aid supplier in your area.

As a company Digital Hearing Care cover a large part of the north of England – In Yorkshire the areas we cover include all these towns and cities and surrounding areas – Leeds, Bradford, Keighley (where our administrative headquarters are based), Harrogate, York, Wakefield and many more surrounding areas. In Lancashire some of the areas we cover include Burnley, Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington and the whole of the Greater Manchester area, and including many other areas.

“I have been shopping with Digital Hearing Care for a number of years now and have had excellent service each time. The products are top brands at low prices and delivery has always been quick. If I have needed advice my email has always been answered quickly, even on a weekend, and the staff are all very friendly and do their best to help out in anyway. All in all I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Keep up the good work. Mrs J Warriner”

“I have always been very impressed by the help and service i have received from Digital Hearing Care. Nothing has been too much trouble and they also have an excellent service supplying batteries and other aids for the deaf. I bought an very useful alarm clock as an example.”

“I have used the services of Digital Hearing Care since 2012, and on each occasion, I have received excellent service. The initial hearing test was conducted at home with the minimum of disruption and with great care. I was given a choice of hearing aids and advised on the best ones for me (and not the most expensive!). If I have had any issues with my hearing aids, I have always received excellent after-care. I have kept in touch with Paul and his team over the past three years and buy all of my hearing aid consumables from Digital Hearing Care.”

The service and support has been excellent, with on two occasions Mr Minikin contacting me even whilst he has been away on holiday abroad. “Found Paul to be very helpful and thorough. Realised how bad my hearing had got once he started the tests. After about two tears they needed tweaking a bit Paul came over from Keighley and did this for me without charge but I did have the maintenance agreement. Well worth it. I ordered hearing aids etc from them easily done on their web page. Postage is included and they are delivered very quickly”

“Total professionalism coupled with customer service that large chains such as Boots or Specsavers can only dream about. And this doesn't come at the cost of competitiveness, as their prices are at least the same as the big chains, if not better.”

“Very professional assessment - convivial discussion & instruction on operation of hearing aids. Any problems very quickly sorted but best not to go in the shower with them on. Hearing aids do take a little time to get used to but easy access to Digital Hearing solves all operational difficulties.”

“I just wish I would have found Digital Hearing Care sooner - my hearing aid was repaired promptly and it is perfect. Just pop it in the post and pay with Paylpal...it was so easy... I am really happy with the service I recieved, especially because other companies turned me away. Will definately be returning here for a digital CIC hearing aid! Thanks Paul!”

“This is a good, competitively priced hearing service that also has the convenience of home visits and rapid response if changes need to be made. Hearing aids can be very expensive and mistakes have lasting consequences so good service is vital. I recommend Digital Hearing who have been much superior to my previous provider”

“I found Paul Minkin to be extremely helpful and professional, in no way wishing to push or influence other products and knowing what I required. I've experienced no problems at all with hearing aid. Paul came to my house at a convenient time and from the initial diagnostic assessment, the hearing aid was supplied within a couple of weeks and again Paul came to the house - which is probably a round trip of 70 miles. The back up service in supplying batteries etc is also excellent, albeit the on line ordering doesn't always work leading to email or phone call, but again the delivery is with me in a couple of days. I'll have no hesitation in using your services again in the future and intend to do so shortly. Kevin Watson”

“For me this company provides a local hearing aid service at internet prices. The quality, price and service for aids and spares is so much better than the franchised high street offerings from Boots, Hidden Hearing, Specsavers etc. and much better than the outdated offerings of the NHS. Service is provided in your own home. I originally asked for a Widex hearing aid from them having tried one of these at Boots. This did not work out well as the product had serious feedback problems. They were happy to change this for a Phonak aid - the make I had had before.”
