Digital Direct is a not a marketing company, it's a gang of con artists. The sales team is aggressive and fast-talking. They push a two-year contract. Then, provide mediocre artwork at best, and wait to renew, collect, renew. The ad for my company is on a kiosk in a hotel. The kiosk is almost empty of ads. It's embarrassing. I tried to cancel the contract on the phone, having no idea it was going to run into a third year. They gave me a run around until the contract renewed automatically. Now, they say they've turned it over to collections or small claims court. Extracting as much money as possible is Digital Direct's only interest. Stay away. The photo shows the kiosk. Only three categories are live, and each category has only one or two business ads. (One of the few closed two years ago). The hotel manager is embarrassed and frustrated, too.

This is a horrible company who promises the sky, delivers very little and then makes it impossible to stop paying. We are a nonprofit pay-it-forward restaurant, so I have paid out of my own pocket.

I don't even know where to start with this HORRIFIC company. A pushy sales man came out and told me a loads of bull. Scrolled through the terms and conditions and said sign there that just says what I've told you. The ad was hardly shown. The tele is rarely on at the practice. I have evidence to back this up. Now I have debt collectors on my back for 2600!!! Why on earth would I pay that for something I don't even receive. I'm a small cafe with 2 or 3 staff and to be mis sold and ripped off to this extreme is an absolute joke. No wonder small business don't last long with con artists like this around. Avoid at all costs I am seeking legal action!!!@

If I could give -10 stars I would they have took us to county court to pay thousands telling them before anything went live I did not want there services, they have now carried on them billing after endless emails saying I dont want it, they have nearly destroyed our business what we have worked so hard to build. Please stay away from theses con artists they don’t care about you or your best interests only care about lining there pockets by scamming people

Direct Digital promises the world but delivers nothing but headaches. Their sales tactics are deceitful, their editing skills are amateurish, and their service is abysmal. Deceptive Sales Practices: The sales team employs pushy tactics, making promises they never intend to fulfill. Don't fall for their smooth talk and false assurances. Shoddy Editing: The video editing they claim to offer is a joke. It looks like something slapped together from a cheap template, and you'll likely end up having to do the work yourself. Hidden Fees and Misleading Contracts: The contract is a labyrinth of tiny print designed to trip you up. They'll sneak in extra charges, and what they quote you initially bears no resemblance to what you'll aay. Cancellation Hassles: Trying to cancel is a nightmare. If you don't jump through hoops within a narrow window, they'll trap you into renewing your contract without your consent. Zero ROI: Despite their lofty promises, Direct Digital won't help you make a single penny. Save your money and invest in more effective advertising channels like Facebook outreach. Nonexistent Customer Service: Technical issues are a constant problem, and good luck getting any meaningful support from their team. You're left paying for a service that rarely delivers. Lack of Transparency and Integrity: They thrive on deceit and opacity, leaving customers feeling scammed and cheated. Don't trust a company that operates with such blatant disregard for honesty and fairness. Now I am not in a position to pay for the last months and I asked to stop the payment since they could not show my ad for weeks with a total of months and I did not earn a single penny or call. They agreed to reduce the payment to £50 for 2 months and then go up to 87 for 6 months. This changed nothing. I also got charged today when the dd start the 12. Looks like they are in a rush to get my payment so I do not know why they are so messy and do not charge the day they should of DD. But I get it I signed the contract even though it was not the right thing for me but since the salesman cared about making the sale without truly helping you to make a decision I guess I have to report it to the fraud department. This is simply a big scam and for as long as they can say they are in the right, well, simply read other people's reviews ( people that have not been invited) Save yourself the headache and avoid Direct Digital at all costs. Their unethical practices and subpar services make them a company best left in the dust.

Run as fast as you can. They scam you. Give you no option for way out of the contract. Then they bully and threaten you for a payment. They even have their own debt collector company. I can’t get my head around how they are allowed to operate with that kind of business model. SCAM!!!! RUN!!!

I signed up with these not realising it was a fixed 2 year contract. The salesman was so convincing that for what I pay I'll get back in business. Not had a single lead! I went with it because I was low on customers and it seemed a good idea at the time. I cancelled the direct debit and now I'm being threatened with court

Zero Star Review ... SCAM Zero Star Review .... DO NOT SIGN ... Experience of this Company informs to believe that all the Bad Reviews are truthful, and the 5 star Reviews are fakes. On so many Review sites. Both, Direct Digital, and Multimedia Int. Services Ltd and also The Community Network. Very bad experience here, like many other ppl. Thinking back. I could cry ! Never again. Trying extorting money not owed. Harassment it is. Appalling. Have nothing to do with them. Also true, they try to stop bad reviews, that are truth. Convicted / fined $230,000 in Australia for this very "unconscionable conduct" and questionable trading standards, following numerous customer complaints. See online link here ; https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/the-community-network-ordered-to-pay-penalties-of-230000 Report them to the Authorities for full investigation

We advertised with these guys in 2017. We paid in advance (€520) and possibly monthly by card, direct debit or standing order for a period afterwards (i’m unsure as its so long ago. Now 7 years later they are chasing me for €8000 plus and tell me I have a contract with them. The contract copy sent to me as proof has no signature and isn’t actually a contract but the advert proof! Having not heard a single thing from these people since 2017, not they have started to send me monthly invoices. Its very stressful SCAM AVOID AVOID

I can’t believe I fell for this bunch of scammers. I got promised an advert at our local hospital by a pushy salesman who was also talking inappropriately. When he visited my house he lied and said no money would be taken from my account until my advert had been approved and gone live. They did not tell me that the hospital was still under Covid measures had half the seating capacity and didn’t have as many people in there as before. He also said I would have an NHS logo on my advert and they don’t appear on the screen, he also didn’t tell me that their logo and details appear across a quarter of the screen and the television is in a position that people aren’t looking at it and just has lights reflecting on the screen making it very poor quality. They took £130 from me while I still do not have an advert as well as £380 deposits. , I got told they would be taking £80 a month . I have sent many emails saying I wish to cancel my contract as I currently still have no advert and do not wish to be associated with a company themselves, and now I have received a threat of legal action from the government website. Disgusting bullies with liars of salesman.

Direct Digital is a big scam with hard sales techniques and hidden 2 year fixed contract. I have not received any referrals from this advertisement for more than 16months. I would highly recommend any other company looking to use not to do so. I have tried to cancel my contract stating that I have had not referrers from the advertisements. They threatened to take me to court if I do so. This is the worst experience I have had as a business owner.

This company are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They don't listen. Unable to get through via the telephone. Advert took months to get out as they kept making the same mistakes. Agreed to pay via invoice but once signed they changed their minds and gave us 2/3 days to pay. This was a waste of time and a waste of money.

A bunch of SCAMMERS trying their best to make their illegitimate business sone money, while trying to operate within the restrictions of the legal realm DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR COURT SCARING TACTICS! I didnt receive anything I was promised, the ad was poor quality and they started taking their monthly DD in June, I didnt approve my ad until 3rd July, I CANCELLED LED MY DD, until we got it sorted. Instead of the ad that I was promised a £100 plus VAT, I got brushed over to this debt collection agency, if you do a company check, you'll see the married owners and the registered address. If we all counter their scare tactics, we would win without a doubt! Everyone that paid money to them, tell me how much you paid in total, what the name of your company and a brief statement of what they owe you this money. My website is www.lashes888studiobelfast.com My company is Lashes 888 Studio Ltd, based in Belfast, email, text me or ring me, happy to talk to you. YOU & I willl be the claimants. I paid £300 deposit, I want this back for not providing the service they provided. £1000 for loss of earnings as I've had to find another ad agency and finally £5000 for a poor representation on my company until July 3rd. I then found out a v poorly designed ad had been running since June. I told them to stop running my ad at the end of june and that's when they used their SCARE TACTICS, no judge would ever make a small business like mine pay for 2 years of advertising plus hidden fees. Not a chance! I have evidence of a tiny blue screen, that patients sit with their back to, it's laughable. Look forward to hearing from you ALL. E

Conmen and liars. Daniel Morne (spelling may be wrong) posing as someone from a local medical practice, pretending to be interested in my business for the “new website”. Set up a zoom meeting with his colleague John Sayer. Trying to rope me into some tacky looking advert on an even tackier looking screen for TWO years! When I mentioned I was here to talk about the website as per Daniel’s voicemail, he got very flustered and pretended not to know what I was talking about. Didn’t think hearing the voicemail would “achieve anything”. What a slime ball. Luckily I am not desperate for clients unlike them. If you have to lie about what you are selling then do you even believe in what you’re selling? No is the short answer. Bad luck, Daniel and John. P.S the fact your number comes up as Blackpool when you claim to work down the road was the first giveaway. Try harder.
