About Diamond Alloys:
With over 12 years of experience and state-of-the-art machinery our team can offer a range of alloy wheel processes which can repair kerbing damage, scuffed alloys, dents, scratches, scuffs and dings by using Diamond Cutting and Painted techniques. Diamond cutting can be carried out on alloys up to 22” in size and painted on alloys from 10” up to 21” and larger.
How would you rate the quality of our workmanship?
"Good finish on the wheels but this time I did not receive the service I would have liked which was an assessment and advice on how to restore what was only light damage. I'd have like to have been advised that cutting the alloys for a 2nd time would make the rims slightly wider than before."
Diamond Alloys prides itself on excellent customer communication and taking the time to fully explain the full wheel refurbishment process for both Diamond Cut and Standard Painted Wheels.
We are very disappointed that in this instance our high standard was not achieved.
An industrial lathe is used when cutting diamond cut wheels and in the majority of instances it can be seen before cutting takes place if the wheel profile will change at all. However, it is sometimes necessary to remove additional alloy to remove all of the damaged area and this can result in a change in profile.
We apologise for not communicating this in the way we are trained to do so.
