The customer service people have no clue what ther doin they offer me a phone. So ispend 15/20 mins filling out forms then wait a week to say sorry we cant offer a phone at this time so please take me off your system unless you get back to me with good news. Yours sincerely Marc Downie

Hello Mark, I'm really sorry to hear that your order has not been successful. All orders that are placed with us are subject to the relevant internal security and credit checks with your chosen network For security we don't always get told the outcome of these checks, but you can go to the Equifax website for more information. Misled original contract was taken out via phones 4u with O2. Dial a phone contacted me in February and advised that I could have a upgrade. I thought the original contract would be cancelled and superseded by orange. However this was not the case apparently it was up to me to cancel it. Totally mislead be careful think before you act

When you place any order with us it will be subject to the relevant checks, the checks that it will complete are a security check and then a credit check with the network you have chose. For security reasons we don't always get the information back from these checks, which I know is frustrating. Not sure what happened this time, but not satisfactory, because I am still waiting for my cash-back schedule and the vouchers nearly two and half months after I had purchased the mobile with pay monthly contract. The cash back schedule and the redemption papers were supposed to have been included with the package when delivered, but it wasn't. Have queried with the customer services by email who promised to send the schedule as soon as possible and before the first redemption would be due. But, when is it due? who knows, I have no idea. Please tell me so that I don't lose my entitlement to my cash-back. Thanks

Very fast delivery (ordered iphone 5s at 7pm and got it at 9am the next day). The process was extremely easy. Very impressed. Don't think I've ever had such good service.

I heard Dial a phone is a good company for Mobile phone, but in my case I had a different Experience. I choose to buy Nokia Lumia 520. This phone kept turning off on its own, It started showing different date rather than correct date. I struggled then I tried to contact Dial a phone on 0844 numbers which I did not like.First couple of times my phone call could not attract any Human being just wait then message and options . I considered myself lucky that my 3rd phone call on 0844 number after all options I was attended by an operator. Later I walked into local Phones 4 U shop there Manager tried to upgrade software ( that,s what he said ) phone was still not working properly. At last my Daughter made long phone calls to Dial a phone some one from Technical department gave instructions and my daughter carried on following all instructions. That did not bring any long term solution at the end an operator said ok Dial a phone will cancel the contract and Network ( Orange ) will be informed to stop any charge. I have received e-mail from Dial A phone as confirmation and assurance. The phone which I could not use due to unrealiabiality and wasted my time for saving phone numbers and email addresses few times gathering dust and waiting for return back to Dial A phone . Today Network Orange charged my bank account 2 months charge I do not know Where & Who will put things right ??? I am stopping Direct Debit straight away.
