“Dial 9 provided me with a simple but effective phone system. It's very cost-efficient and the billing and payment admin work well. The system has proved very reliable and the Dial 9 support is second to none. Staff are unfailingly cheerful, polite and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dial 9 for anyone who, like me, works from home but needs a reliable and cost-effective way to communicate with clients.”

“Whilst the service has been (and still is) excellent over the years, what always stands out is the support you receive on the very few times you need it. Dial9 always go the extra mile as standard. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their product, and that for me is the most important thing I want from using a service I rely on so much.”

“I have already used Dial 9 in multiple companies I have managed simply because it works very well, it is extremely cost effective and I am confident in saying that there is no other service available that allows you to set up a solution as professional as Dial 9 without requiring your own hardware and a contract term. In my opinion one of the biggest drawbacks for new businesses are when telecoms require new contracts ranging from 12 months to 5 years just to get a basic phone line. Considering Dial 9 doesn’t impose either a minimum term or minimum spend, it clearly shows the confidence they have in their own product - and rightfully so”

“The reason why I chose Dial 9 over other service providers is how easy it was to get started, their innovation, they’re extremely competitive on price, the quality of their products and services and the support and technical expertise. One thing that was important to me and that really sets Dial 9 apart is that their platform is developed in-house.The app is great as you can answer calls on the go and take your business mobile. I find the customer service to be excellent!”

“When we joined Dial 9 we felt that we were dealing people who understood our specific needs. The people at Dial 9 mirror our own business. They may not be the biggest or a household name, but when you are having any type of problem [which is rare] they just make stuff happen and you cannot ask for any more than that in a supplier.”

“Since starting our business we have used Dial9 as our VOIP provider. The setup was easy, installation and setup of the iOS app is easy and a real asset! The portal to manage your service is clean, modern and easy to understand. When you contact the team for support no question is too mundane or simple. Responses to support queries are fast and always polite.”

“Our school has been with Dial9 for just about a year now. We have made enormous savings over our previous BT system - around 90% saved in one year! The service has not let us down even once and we now have phone capabilities that are far beyond what we have previously been able to do. We have written some programs that integrate our school calendar with Dial 9 to automatically redirect phone calls to different places depending on the events of the day. It really feels like this kind of capability should cost WAY more than it does. Customer service and support have been outstanding every time I have needed to use them - even for obscure programming questions like I mentioned above.”
