“This company took over 6 months to not complete a website that should have take 4 week. They promote a 100% money back guarantee and 100% customer satisfaction but are holding $1000 of my funds. They all use fake names and this company does not adhere to its mission and values on their website. I highly advise you to run the other way when considering this company. If you do business with them I highly recommend you paying with an American Express card to ensure you are protected. I did contest the charges with Visa but still waiting. I have requested the remaining of my money back but Kevin said it was for hours billed with is false. Again, I had to terminate and run as it was over 6 months and I still had no website. I had to hire a consultant to help them develop my basic e-commerce site and they still couldn’t get it right. They will overcharge you and upsell you on products you don’t need. I highly advise you pay attention to the reviews and question the real ones because this company is a piece of work.”

“THIEVES. LIARS. FAKES. INTERNATIONAL THEFT RING. Don't buy anything from this company. They will be using fake people like "Sam Wilson" & "Steve Johnson" both of whom can't talk or write in English. Their websites are fake as well on their website along with their presentations. They will be texting and calling from international numbers and can't talk until late at night like 8pm. READ their addresses which are also fake. They claim to be in Miami but are actually in India using fake offices in London, Canada, and the US. Run for your life!”

“This company is bad, they sold me on a website build for $1500 - approx. Promised it would be completed in 2-4 weeks. Here I am 5 months later and I am being told it will be up in 24 hours. The porject manager is a guy named Danny - he is not located in Florida as they say. I believe he may be in some other country. I asked for a refund and they threaten to get their legal team involved. Scary stuff - I advise everyone considering using this company to find someone else. I woudl give a -5 star if possible.”

“After paying close to $2,000 for a site, hosting, blah blah... I continuously receive text messages (TEXTS!!) from employees claiming I need to pay more or my site will go down. I then go thru the chat online to find out this isnt true. Amazing that their employees have access to contact me and shut my site down, but somehow do not have access to the money I have already spent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Also, Just some helpful info... this company is part of a larger group that all do the same thing. Just google one of their "packages". You will the same thing on several other sites for various prices.”

“Design raptors is a SCUM!! Design raptors is a SCUM!!! DO NOT MAKE A WEB SITE WITH THEM. They promised me that everything would be included in the price that I paid ( around $3,500 Canadian dollars) and another $1,500 for marketing, which they didn't do. If you wanna do website, logo, marketing or anything like that, DO NOT go with Design Raptors. I will try do my best to leave a review anywhere I can”

“These people don’t take no for an answer. Several different numbers have contacted me and they are all blocked. A different number will contact again in a few days. Do not recommend this company. Desperate for business and harassing.”

“My company is very impressed with the Ecommerce platform and animation provided. It was custom built and they were able to quickly change all of our requests and feedback. The team was very responsive and consistently open to our feedback and making changes. We are very pleased with the final result! Great job guys, we will definitely use you again in the future. I appreciated working with Designs Raptor. It was a step-by-step Approach and on every stage I was well informed of the next thing. This was our first animations and I think that did a good job despite the down times that they were facing due to the wild fires and power Outage. They researched my product, and I feel like they really understand what I am going for. They enhanced my ideas, and brought in new ones which I love. Can't wait to do more work with Designs Raptor! Despite me being hesitant at first by the given deadline and discounts, but I was amazed to see the result. I would surely recommend them, weather you are a startup or want a rebranding to your business. In the end, All I can say is I am really happy with my Logo, website and Animation videos. I will definitely be contacting them with my next project and don’t have any problem whatsoever recommending this service. EXCELLENT 😁😁😁”
