“We order a new Kartell Nero Black Round Thermostatic Bar Shower Valve with Overhead Drencher and Sliding Handset. This was delivered really quickly but when I opened it I found that the overhead drencher included was chrome and not black. I e-mailed the Designer Bathroom Store that night and received a reply first thing in the morning and a replacement was received a couple of days later. Great communications & customer service, sorting out my problem straight away with no issues. Thank you Designer Bathroom Store”

“Excellent service from enquiry to delivery. Trying to source a specific Reina radiator was proving difficult with many stores showing in stock but actually turning out not to be the case. Murray was very helpful and checked with the Reina people directly to be sure of the UK stock as supplied directly (and found no stock) but after speaking to them he was told a container with these on board was expected the following day in the UK. Communication was excellent and we received the radiator safely two days later. Competitively priced also and would certainly buy from them again.”

“Easy to use website & order, phoned up with query & very helpful. Great price, towel radiator looks great, everything went smoothly. But, deducted one for delivery, the day I was told it would be delivered it did not come, just a text to say delayed, no other communication! Arrived day after, good communication on day but I took off previous day, not so happy as had to organise for someone to be there for it.”

“The Trojancast Solarna bath we ordered on Tuesday arrived 2 days later. The quality of the bath looks excellent. We were delighted with both the service from Murray at Designer Bathroom Store and also the prompt delivery. Our order was very well packaged and delivered professionally. We explained the problems we have had obtaining an undamaged bath from a different bathroom company to Murray who went out of his way to despatch the bath quickly. We appreciated the help we received to enable us to proceed with our new bathroom.”

“Easy to place the order. The metal plates holding the towel rail in position on the radiator needed a small adjustment to enable the radiator cover to be replaced firmly, other than that, both my wife and I were very happy with the rail itself. We were not happy however with the fact that the delivery was made a day previous to that which we were advised and left at the front of the property in broad sight of passing traffic and pedestrians.”
