“The product is excellent but the ordering system is not. This is the fourth item I have ordered and on each occasion, despite entering my requirements on the website I have been asked to repeat them 2 or 3 times. Greater simplification would be welcome.”

“Found on the internet, looked OK. Ordered but took 4-5 weeks to be delivered Delivered to the wrong address Quality of sign poor. For £300 you'd expect better”

“if it were possible to leave ZERO stars we would. we were told that our order was being produced and was ready for delivery and we would expect this week, only to be emailed this morning to say the item was on its way to us - and then told we had been refunded as the item couldn't be made. the question is what's the point? would recommend strongly you don't bother and look elsewhere - always read the customer reviews I guess.”

“We were promised a sign to be delivered for an unveiling however this did not arrive. Before I knew this, when I emailed about payment, they emailed back immediately. When I emailed about delivery having taken my payment, they did not email me back. They did not pick up my call. They did not engage at all. We were embarrassed that the sign did not arrive. We would have chosen somewhere else if we knew they could not deliver on time.”

“Don’t buy from this company. My sign did not arrive despite being promised it would. They couldn’t give me tracking nos to prove it had been despatched. They said it had been returned to them as couldn’t deliver to me. My house is 100 years old and APC have a depot down the road from my house. I’m sure they would have found me. Phoned to request refund told need to email. Emailed. No reply or acknowledgment. Obviously no refund. Have reported it to my bank.”

“DO NOT USE. My sign has not turned up after I was promised it would over a month later- I let them know it would be needed for Monday and I never received it. They don't pick up the phone/ they don't answer emails. I've asked for a refund and they've said only if I return the sign I do not have to them??? That they haven't sent me a tracking number for or any delivery details DO NOT USE THEM”

“The sign broke before we even got it out of the packaging! It was poorly glued and came apart as we unpackaged it. I sent an email to design a sign but never even got an acknowledgment. Considering we paid £230 this was a poor product.”

“I wonder if anyone else has had a bad experience with a company called www.designahousesign.com We were impressed with the website which is easy to use, well-presented and impressive. We put in an order for a sign on 16th August. It was to be dispatched at the end of the month. There have been many unconvincing replies to our enquires about where our sign might be. They are all written in very poor English and quite unlike the website itself. It would be good to know about any other experiences. I think we’ve given up hoping we’ll ever see the sign. Beware.”

“Took over a month to get the right frosted vinyl sticker for my shop windows mainly because of the designing team botched the first design so they kindly corrected it with a replacement with the design I finally needed, there was also some courier issues that causes delay hence why it took so long to arrive but with Jamie's help he was able to re-dispatched it again and the nightmare is finally over. For those who are ordering signs from this company, expect delivery delays. I'm still giving this review 5 stars because their customer service is impeccable. Many thanks.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Ordered signs that never ever turned up. Now waiting for a refund for weeks - going back and forth with various people at the company who don't have a clue what is going on. Do NOT order a sign from these people.”

“Was initially concerned by lack of instant email confirmation of order and lack of answer on telephone. But 2 hours later an email and outstanding comms from then on. The order arrived next day perfect in every way, even though I only opted for standard delivery. Really impressed. Recommended.”

“Been waiting since 16th may for my sign. Get a email on the 10th of June to say it’s being mad and should revived 5-10 days. Still no sign. I do not recommend you use this company. They do not reply straight away took my over 10 emails for them to reply. And still no sign!!!!!!!!”

“WARNING - Company seems to be fraudulent! I ordered signs about a month ago. Originally I was promised that they will arrive within a few days, they still didn’t. It’s very difficult to receive responses to e-Mails. But each time I do get one they say that they are working on it and that they should be delivered soon. I now cancelled my order, but didn’t receive a confirmation that I will receive a refund. Very frustrating! I now ordered the signs elsewhere. And I am not very hopeful that I will get my money back from DesignAsign.”

“Been waiting for my sign since beginning of may. No reply on several emails I have sent. Do not answer there phone. There live chat does not work. Really bad service. I do not recommend using this company.”
