“I ordered a large bulk bag of cotswold stone and paid for delivery which was advertised as arriving within a few days. This did not arrive and I received an email to say their is a delay and it will take another 48 hours. It didn’t arrive and I subsequently sent them 3 separate emails (none of which they responded to). I finally got them on the phone to be told that the Haulier had lost the pallet, they hadn’t told me or them, the ‘lost’ pallet was the last they had in cotswold stone so they couldn’t offer me a replacement. A refund will be made and in my account in 3 days time. Appalling service , if I had not chased and chased this company, they would not have contacted me and just kept my money. I definitely do not recommend them.”
