The front of house team are amazing. They are so professional, welcoming and also possess effective customer care skills. TJ, Calum, Komal, keriman and of course Marzien are simply the best.

Why on one of your good 'reviews' saying how excellent you are does it say the review is from Karimah & Alice. Then about 3 reviews after that in a different review it mentions that a member of your staff there is called Karimah. Coincidence? I think not? This makes me not trust you as a company. Falsifying reviews makes you look like untustworthy liars.

I was thrilled when I found Dentaprime. My first visit to the clinic, staff, the whole process deeply impressed me. What they suggested was a bit scary though…. to take all my teeth out and have full mouth implant…. Fortunately I went there at the beginning of December so with the festive season coming I had a long holiday and enough time to think and talk to people. I also had a second opinion from a dentist which was completely different and more importantly I can keep my remaining teeth. He also explained that I cannot have implants at all due to my gum disease. Ok. I emailed dentaprime cancelled my treatment with them and requested my deposit back. Nothing. No reply. No money back. Nothing…. a bit rude, is not it? Before they used to call me almost every day very politely asking this and that. I understood that their approach is more about marketing than dentistry which is quite sad. Btw I had a terrible toothache when I went there, told them …. they did not even have a look… which made me think as well. Do you think I can have my deposit back?

Your place is very professional and very efficient but your customer service line is one of the worst I have ever encountered and if you want to talk to someone it’s virtually impossible

Good morning after visiting the clinic and met so much amazing staffs, I have met Dr Pental who is such an understanding phenomenal person.She listen , and explain things clearly. Karimah is alway there to answer my questions in the waiting area. I love it ere :

After receiving ssooo many emails saying how fantastic your company is , we can help you " bring back your smile " , affordable dentistry etc... I had my phone consultation earlier today that lasted about 30 seconds ... i was asked how many teeth i had missing ... because i hadnt got the required amount of teeth missing i was told " we are not able to help you " and that was it ... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to say the very least ...I thought there was a bit of a light at the end of my misery tunnel ... but no ... i shall go back to being depressed

after one year i have had my upper teeth replaced with a Zircon bridge they look good , the journey had been reasonably smooth but nobody can tell you the trauma of bruising after the abutments have been fitted but this eases and the bruising goes after a week so now you go into a recovery healing period 6 months i was informed , so after 7 months i emailed advising Dentaprime the time is approaching for stage two NO REPLAY ,SECOND E MAIL NO REPLY phoned had some success and a date finally given meanwhile whilst waitng the original bridge had snapped in half i informed this company and as it was only two weeks to my next appointment i waited , First appointment included scan /teeth cleaning/ and procedure for the second bridge ALSO I HAD TO SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT YET I ALREADY SIGNED ONE OVER 9 MONTHS AGO , THEY DID NOT REPAIR MY BROKEN BRIDGE JUST TEMPORARY REPARIED , Second appointment one week later fitting and choosing gum and teeth colours for zircon bridge ANOTHER TEMPORARY REAIR ON BROKEN BRIDGE , Third appointment one week later this appointment they cancelled and rebooked two days later (i had already paid congestion charge for London ) This appointment scheduled for 16,15 i was not seen until 1730 there closing time 18.00 ish you know for the money i had paid this session should had been euphoric as it was the final fitting but it was rushed the dentist was overseen by a superior they left the room twice to have private chats i felt vulnerable something was not right ? really they wanted to go home staff outside the dental room where looking in the door was open privacy was non excitant what a let down as really the journey was pretty good throughout i was real disappointed . so now i have e mailed twice requesting my original bridge be replaced so i have a spare for emergencies to date no reply ... disappointed at end result

Do not use this company post lockdown 2021. I contacted them june 2021 paid the consultation fee and got an appointment for September 2021. After my consultation they came up with a cost nearly double what they advertise so cut a few bits off to bring the price down. I left there with a package and they would contact me shortly for my first treatment that would take place at the end October 2021. The months on September and October I heard nothing and chased them 4 times, every couple of weeks, after just getting fobbed off each time. Finally called 1st November 2021 and they said that I would be contacted January 2022 as they have a back log due to covid. Happy to take my money for an assessment but will not refund me it as they couldn't stick to their original dates agreed and I'd already had the assessment. Do not use this company, it appears they are cramming as many assessment fee patients in as they can but not completing the work.

I was quoted 4,290 for upper all on four implants. I told them I was 66 yrs if age and top teeth missing for many years..would this be an issue they said not necessarily...i now know this is not true. To cut a long story short the price was £9.500 as I needed a sinus lift. Just had a quote from Attelia a dental practice in Turkey same treatment with sinus lift is £4.000 + flights and hotel. The place looks amazing therefore the flights and hotel is like going for a holiday. Dentaprime slogan is "you don't have to go abroad for cheap dental implants...YES YOU DO!!

Dear Ms Queen, Thank you for your detailed review. In Dentaprime we believe that open and constructive communication is one of the pillars of every business' success. Having said that, please note, that being transparent with our pricing is an integral part of our process. After taking the time to check your communication with the clinic, we have confirmed that in your initial conversation over the phone, the dental advisor has advised that a sinus lift/ bone graft may come on top. Whether such additional treatments would apply (in order to ensure a strong foundation for the implants and successfulness of the implantation procedure) can only be determined after a Computer tomography scan which is done during the on-site examination. This owes to the fact that bone loss is not age-bound, but strictly individual. Lastly, the price of £9.500 is not the only option that you would have been presented with. An alternative pricing option would have been presented as well, in the event that you have taken advantage of your complete personal discussion at the clinic. We are truly sorry that the service has not met your expectations and we humbly take your recommendations into consideration. Kind Regards, Dentaprime Team

My experience at Dentaprime was nothing like I imagined. Nervous , afraid of the pain I may experience I could have easily turned away or never made my initial call. However I’m glad I did....... Dentaprime, is truly an amazing dentist, each and every member of the team reassures and supports you throughout your full dental experience. Read the reviews, believe the testimonies, find the courage to make that call like I did. My journey was nothing like I had imagined. I can only thank Dentaprime Stratford members, along with the call centre staff Some to mention are: Dr Pedro & his wonderful assistants. Veselin, Milly-Jane, Mariya & Todor. In real customer service emailed rang text consistently for an appointment after 6 weeks they decided to answer. Staff very rude looking an additional £300 just to book an appointment. Very unprofessional rude and recommend everyone to be very careful of this service. H Johnston

Dear Mr. Johnston, Thank you for your feedback and high intention to begin your dental treatment with us. We work hard to keep our patients happy and healthy as our is aim to provide them with a dental treatment that will change their life for the better. Our intention was never to charge you extra for just booking an appointment. It is a compensation fee of £299 for the opportunity we have lost due to you not attending your previously confirmed treatment appointments. Our records show that there was an appointment for treatment booked for January, which was not attended despite your confirmation. We have a strict Compensation Policy when it comes to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Our Compensation Policy is part of the contract for a dental treatment we provided to you via email prior to booking the appointments.
