Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the sofa, we love it. The team who delivered it were so lovely, helpful and polite, so respectful taking shoes off, never had to ask, and the Santa outfit was a lovely touch. Everything you'd expect from Delcor, impeccable service from choosing and ordering, viewing in the warehouse (loved seeing where the magic happens, it was so interesting when Chris took us through) to the finish which is rare to find these days. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend you to family and friends.”

“Lovely experience from start to finish. This was my first time buying bespoke furniture and the shop in Witney where I bought it from gave me lots of time to choose the right arm chair & sofa and fabrics. They explained lead times & kept me informed along the way. Then the call from Ian at Decleor to say it was ready came sooner than I thought and Ian agreed to store the furniture until I was ready for it. He sent me a photo of each item to keep me going until the real thing arrived 😊 Delivery arrived on time, 2 lovely helpful guys took the old furniture out as British Heart Foundation were collecting them later that day and covered it with the plastic wrap from the new furniture. Excellent quality and beautiful fabric & colours. Thank you to all involved, it really was a pleasure purchasing from Decleor.”

“My wife and i were delighted by the very good service we received in the Kings Road store. It is not uncommon to be disappointed by an in store shopping experience nowadays so the service we received was a most welcome surprise. Jenny, who was managing the store was so helpful, knowledgeable and charming that we left having ordered two sofas when we had really just visited for a browse and to get some ideas. Thanks so much for all your help; the buying experience was a delight.”

“Our old Delcor sofas have been refurbished and look fabulous. An excellent service has been provided throughout the process from head office to the Delcor pick up and delivery team. But a special mention must go to Ben at the King’s Road showroom who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient while we dithered endlessly over the various decisions to be made!”

“The whole experience of refurbishing my 30 year old two sofas has been great. From choosing fabrics at the Kings road store with Jenny and collection of sofas, leaving a free loan sofa to final delivery has come with the utmost fantastic service from all involved. I’m also very pleased with my sofas. Quality throughout. A couple of cushions were covered in the wrong fabric but this was all sorted within hours with delivery expected next week.”

“Both Jenny and Ben in the Kings Road Branch were a pleasure to deal with. After many visits and many chocolates consumed, final fabric choices were made and off to the factory we go. The price point is very fair for such a well made piece of furniture. To date, I've received half of my order (chair, footstool and chesterfield footstool) and am still waiting for the main sofa due to variations in fabric colour. Rather than just proceed with the sofa, they sent me samples of what they viewed as variations in the fabric colour and asked for my go ahead. Communication has always been very efficient and courteous and no demand too big or small. I've finally agreed on the fabric and Delcor is now going above and beyond to get me the final sofa as quickly as possible. Thank you for making my shopping experience with Delcor as efficient as possible.”

“Jenny, at the King's Road Delcor, was hugely patient, informative and a real pleasure to deal with. We were indecisive and needed advice. Jenny was able to spell out the options clearly and allowed us to reach a decision (eventually, - our fault not Jenny's) with the guidance we needed but without pressure. Would return again without hesitation.”

“The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The showroom staff at Seaton Delaval were attentive, helpful and friendly during our selection for our sofa bed, making suggestions as necessary. We took delivery of our beautifully made sofa on Monday 16th January. We have particular praise for the delivery driver and mate. They told us in advance that they were en route and they would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and carefully offloaded the sofa in icy conditions. The men were meticulous in installing the sofa, measuring doorways, safeguarding our newly decorated staircase, taking the time and care. They were friendly, polite and very tidy, taking surplus plastic away with them. We first bought furniture from Delcor in 1979, the service is as good today as it was then. Thank you.”

“I was absolutely delighted with the 2 chesterfield sofas I received from Delcor. The sofas are beautifully made and are a joy to sit on.
