This is such a help - it helps to track claims, and makes it easy not to have to remember how late the trains are. Its more than a Genie - its the magic that comes out which makes the difference!

Prepandemic it was excellent. I received over £1000 one year. Hopefully they set up again soon as I am struggling to keep up with claims. The trains are awful again and I am late around 7/10 Journeys a week. Any plans of starting again?

I can't seem to find Delay Repay Genie anymore, it seems to have completely vanished from the internet! I need my genie! Can anyone tell me what has happened? When will it be back?

Unfortunately, DRG made the difficult decision to take down the service and close earlier this year. There are currently no plans to bring the service back. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Whilst the experience was initially excellent, during the pandemic due to limited travel I have not made a claim since March, although I continued my subscription. However after many attempts I have only received a partial refund of 18.72 for 3 months, making me quite out of pocket..not sure why this is and why the price promise no longer seems to exist!!

Thank you for your review. We will issue a refund for the difference between the compensation received and your subscription cost up to a maximum of £6.24 (the difference between the DIY and DRG services). The full terms of the Price Promise can be found in our Terms and Conditions. I can see that we have issued you with 6 months of Price Promise payments since March. In April, we sent an email to all users explaining the process of suspending your account if you were no longer travelling and because you chose to continue your subscription, you were charged the full amount each month. If you would like to suspend your subscription payments while you are not travelling, please let us know and we would be happy to arrange this for you.

Always breaks and they always blame it on the API of the services. Paid for your subscription and want to cancel for next month? Can’t because PayPal. Idiots

Thank you for your review. Due to the way PayPal works, cancellations take immediate effect. However, we are more than happy to reinstate accounts up to the date paid up until. Any incorrect rejections or compensation amounts from the Operator is out of our control as they have their own internal processing systems. I have used this many months now and it is awesome. The train companies make it very difficult to apply for delay repay. DRG makes it very easy to claim simply with 2 clicks from an email that DRG sends you to say which trains on your route were delayed. This service is awesome and means I really do claim back money owed despite the time consuming process the train companies have in place. Each claim previously took me 4+ minutes but it now takes 2 clicks. As a result i am able to claim a lot more of what is owned. Best app ever.....well at least in the top 10

Entering the required information on the website to make an effective claim can be challenging. It is quite a convoluted process. If they had an app I am certain that would help matters. It's a great deal quicker than snail mail. But in this age of super smooth user interfaces
