“I ordered an induction hob at the end of July for £699. The money was debited from my credit card straightaway. I then found out the lead time was >2 weeks so I cancelled the order since I could not wait. M money has not been refunded despite calling and emailing. The company is unresponsive and I am at my wits end.”

“I ordered (and paid for) an induction hob 30/07/2018 with a 7-10 day delivery time, It is now 20/08/2018 and I still do not have the hob, I have been told it should be delivered by the end of this week! very poor service.”

“After not recieving my item in which I had allowed more than 7 working days for I rang the company to ask its where abouts. They answered quicky, I spoke to someone who installed me with confidence they would sort it and called me back after 5 mins when they had spoken to the factory directly and explained the issue and reason for delay. It arrived shortly after.”
