“Brought a smart watch for an xmas present. It was offered on Dealbuyer's open box policy. When it arrived, it was packaged in the original box that had the seal broken (was advised on this), the watch was in pristine condition, not used, no marks, original inside leaflets and cable all perfect. From simple ordering to updates on the despatch/tracking- everything has been perfect. Would definitely use Dealbuyer again.”

“Overall a great service from Deal buyer. I initially purchased a pizza stone set, the stone arrived damaged. Dealbuyer contacted and immediately sent out a replacement product. Quickly delivery both times and exceptional customer service when emailing / calling to resolve my issue. Very impressed. Would certainly buy from them again.”
