“I am very pleased with the order and the quality. Some of the packaging was damaged during transit but luckily none of the carpet tiles were affected. The quality of the tiles are excellent and I would definitely consider ordering again after renovating another room.”

“Bought Nouveau Cosy Toes II carpet tiles for the bedroom lovely pile and feel. Had a problem with some of the tiles but one phone call and replacement tiles arrived next day. Very pleased with service.”

“After the flooding from Storm Babet. We had to replace tiles in the office & hallways. Easy to order and when the first pick was out of stock Ross very quickly swapped to our second choice. Delivery was very quick & Carpet tiles look great.”

“DCTuk were fine on the ordering etc, but when it came to delivery, that was a disaster. Day after day of delays, then only 4 of the 7 packs were delivered to their depot, then there wasn't the right size of lorry even though I'd sent them pictures of my access drive, then at last 7 working days after initial promise of delivery, they arrived. The chap that finally delivered them was very kind and helpful, not taking his large lorry into my tiny village lane, and trolleying them 200yds around the corner to my house so not to block the tiny lane. DCTuk, please get your logistics sorted out!”

“Ordering process very efficient. V helpful lady (Vanessa) at the end of the phone. Arraged a sample which was delivered promptly. Tiles were delivered but while we were not at home. Tiles deposited to the side of the house, not easily visible which was OK. But, no note was put through the letter box to say they had been delivered and where they were. It was only by chance that I discovered them. Fortunately it was a dry day. Tiles look good.”
