"Actual work done was fine and in time slot discussed (as I had taken time off work) I had wanted 2 electric sockets but electrian had not got the back boxes with him (to be inserted in plasterboard) so had someone drop them off. Took nearly 2 weeks for invoice, (was by letter not by email) then was on holiday when it arrived. Bit disappointed I was charged a late fee - as payment date was only 7 days from invoice date. Would use again but recommend to watch payment dates."
Thank you for your constructive response - always appreciated!
I can see the invoice was emailed to you on 19/03/18, so I apologise that you never received that and hope you can appreciate that technology doesn't always play ball!
Hearing from our customers is really important so all your above comments will be taken on board! We are very happy, however, to hear that you would use D & B Electrical again and we look forward to completing any electrical work for you in the future :)
When a review is marked
"Verified",
it means Reviews.io has the additional trust signal necessary to ensure that the review is genuine. Customers reading the reviews can then use this information to help them decide which reviews are more relevant and steer them in their purchasing decisions.
If a review does not have the
"Verified Reviewer"
label next to it, we do not have the additional information from the customer/company to verify that the review was written from the privileged user position.
Even though some reviews do not carry the
"Verified Reviewer"
badge, it does not mean that the reviewer has no experience with the company - it just means that we could not confirm a specific purchase.
The
"Verified Reviewer"
badge offers one more way to help gauge the quality and relevance of a company review.
How can I make my review "Verified"?
If we are unable to automatically verify you as a
"Verified Reviewer",
you can email supporting documents to
support@reviews.co.uk
so we can investigate and mark your review as
"Verified".
We prefer an invoice, delivery note or receipt.
When a review is marked
"Unverified",
it means Reviews.io has NOT had the trust signals necessary to ensure that the review is genuine. Customers reading the reviews can then use this information to help them decide which reviews are more relevant and steer them in their purchasing decisions.
