“Website showed 10% discount to be applied at checkout when ordered placed this was not applied to my order - i contacted the email address on the D3 website ... and got a reply within 5 mins of submission. this stated that my debit card would have a credit added for this 10% excellent customer service.”

“Great product but ruined by the customer service. I paid extra for next day delivery by 1pm but it arrived a day late and I was refused a refund of the extra cost for a service I didn't recieve.”
