“Ordered a map with promise of 2/3 day delivery. Money was taken, Then, straight away, after I have paid, received an email saying it was out of stock and no definite delivery date. No map received yet after 14 days, and I have had the holiday for which the map was needed so it is no longer of use to me. Honest companies let you know whether or not it is in stock before taking your payment and not after. So, if you order and pay for a map from this company you will only find out after payment if it is in stock and if you will receive it in time for when you need it”

“You only really know how good a company is once you have a problem and need to return some Complete fail from Dash4it as far as I am concerned Had the product less then two days and there clearly is a problem with the product Outright refused a return Shameful”

“I selected the wrong map by mistake. I contacted Dash4it and received a very courteous email. I sent my map back and they exchanged it for the correct one, which has just arrived, less than a week after I first contacted them. A most impressive service. Thank you!”

“I have an account and have used Dash4it happily for many years That has all gone wrong since Dash4it changed their delivery provider to an operation called Whistl downgrading from next day delivery to three day It is not for me to quarrel with that decision except my latest order failed to arrive On advising Dash4it I was told I must wait 10 days before any investigation I was given no reference number for Whistl so could not track I needed the maps I ordered for a holiday and had to run around locally to obtain replacements. Dash4it have let me down badly and although I accept I might have simply been unlucky other prospective customers are warned not to trust Whistl delivery”

“Great value, brilliant service. I have just purchased four Explorer Active maps with a total saving of £18 on the retail price. I also had cause to ring customer services to change my online order and add an additional map. They could not have been more efficient and helpful and the maps arrived within two days. Excellent.”
