“Complete disaster from start to finish Firstly they managed to print an incomplete delivery address. You'd think they would have fixed this after months of similar problems, but no. Secondly they sent an incorrect invoice for customs triggering additional import fees and delays. They added 10% onto the actual amount paid then added 20% UK VAT to arrive at their invoice figure. VAT for exports to the EU should be Zero since VAT is paid in the country of import. Thirdly customer service is terrible. Several of my emails have gone unanswered. Not the slightest hint of resolving the problem. I've sent them the link to the uk government website to guide them on customs invoicing since they didn't seem to be able to find it on their own. This has been without a doubt my most frustrating experience in 20 years of ordering online. Avoid like the plague.”

“New to Darkstar, already placed 2nd order. First was Athena, Peach, Tangerine Bubblegum and Cloudy Lemonade. All are amazing. Really well flavoured and smell great. Definitely my go to juice supplier now. The fb group is an added bonus for any questions from the newly converted to experienced vapers. Atmosphere in the group is really relaxed and very funny at times. Great company. Totally impressed *****💜”

“Absolutely outstanding company, all the years I have spent Vaping this is the only one that I have stuck by and gone back too time and time again. The flavours from the mixologists knock it out of the park each and every time. On top of that the customer service team can’t do enough for you when any hiccup arrives. “So far I've tried 3 of the flavours and oh my they were amazing, the cosmix blue shift bottle shot lasted me about a week . Electroshock and berry bomb a bit longer but not much.”
