Great dance clothes although customer service does not answer promptly, 5 days waiting and no answer yet.

Product variety is very good. Only gave this reduced rating due to problems with the website and adding items accurately to the basket which took multiple attempts.

Good quality products but delivery takes longer than expected and some items sent separately without warning at checkout. Needed a pair of shoes for opening night of a show.

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery and at the moment we are still despatching within 3 working days from order placement. Sometimes we split an order to avoid delaying the whole order if one or more of the items are not physically on the pick face.

The website was nice and easy to use. I ordered a pair of jazz shoes, but when they turned up they were way yo small, there’s no way on Earth that they were a 4, more like a 2 1/2 or a 3. Think the sizing of things may need double checking or a note saying that they came up smaller than advertised. Easy to send stuff back, currently awaiting the new shoes …. Size 6, never brought a size 6 in my life!

Great products at good prices. Not always the best communicators though - my order included four pairs of tights, only one delivered. I had to contact them to find out the other three pairs are out of stock and on back order - a note on my invoice saying so would have been useful

It is a bit unfair if you buy something specially important and after week as because of ourself intervention you just find out that there us no more stock for particular item 🙄

I am sorry we did not have what you wanted on this occasion. Whilst we hold over double the inventory of any of our other competitors, that doesn’t always mean we ourselves aren’t impacted occasionally by our own suppliers during this time. Whilst we always hope to despatch everything from stock, sometimes there can be delays.

I understand that the current delay in shipping is hugely inconvenient for you, for which we apologise. It does state on the website to allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) between order placement and despatch of your order and your order was despatched on a 48 hour tracked delivery service within this time span. The number of staff we can have on the premises is limited to ensure compliance with social distancing. We’re sorry we’ve fallen short of your expectations on this occasion.

The website has a good selection of items and good prices. The website can be a little awkward on mobile phones. Only down side is their sizing information is poor and not accurate meaning shoes and leotard had to go back and be reordered resulting in two sets of postage charges.

I've ordered from you many times before but my last order the sizes were not true to size I ordered my 10yr old size 11-13 in ballet tights and 10-12 ballet skirt they both came up really small and had to send the items back

It would be more then this but I ordered size for a 12 year old as my son is 9 and wanted him to grow into it but it only just fits. I think the sizes are too small.
