“I can not review the item i brought as i haven’t received it. It is still with Fred x and has been for two weeks and they have now informed me that they are unable to deliver the item and has been returned to shipper. Absolutely ridiculous.”

I am sorry you have not received the item. It looks as though delivery was tried on 3 consecutive days but there was no-one to receive it. Someone from the Customer Service team will be in touch with you.

“Due to my own error, I required quite a lot of assistance from Dance Direct. I must say that the team were extremely generous in how they helped me to rectify the issue. “Bought some split soled shoes and accidentally ordered them twice. Dance direct were very quick to cancel the second pair for me and refund. The Bloc shoes are great and helped an aging amateur find a new source of exercise and fun!”
