If you want good technical support with fast replies D9 Hosting is your best option. They are a small company but they are very reliable and respond quickly to questions I have on my site. As I'm not familiar with I love the support I recieve. Rohit from the technical support team is amazing. I had misidentified a sucuri firewall issue and asked for my IP to be whitelisted in hope to solve the problem. Rohit went the extra mile and checked my site to discover the root cause which was conflicting php file. Sebastian Poulose also quickly responded and implemented changes to my site once I addressed some of my concerns with site health. This is not the first time which D9 hosting's technical support has amazed me. They do not waste your time by sending you to their knowledge base without reading your queries. D9 hosting will take the time to explain to you what is happening, implement and fix it. I have used 5 other hosting services in the past but D9 hosting's technical support as well as live chat is the most polite, effective and helpful amongst them all. I purchased 2 services from D9. 1domain, and 1 hosting package. They were set up for a year, and then put on auto renewal. I recieved an email from d9 stating that my renewal was coming up, and that my card on file would be charged. Since I no longer needed their services, I logged on to my account and cancelled. Then a few days later, I see a charged on my credit card. I immediately contacted d9, to inquire about the charge. They stated that I had only cancelled the domain, and not the hosting. I told them that I thought I was cancelling everything, but they stated that I did not. I explained to them, that I wanted to cancel everything, and they explained the process for me to do so. However, they said that they would not be issuing me a refund, as per their terms and conditions, I did not cancel in time. I explained to them, that I thought that I was cancelling everything, and that I am contacting them, as soon as I noticed the charge on my card. But they refuse to help. I am trying to get a refund, so that I am not stuck paying for hosting that I won't use. Especially since, I did log on to cancel, and contacted them immediately upon noticing the charge..

Took my payment never activated my services. Then a week later said you failed fraud prevention checks. Why not run those before you accept a payment.

I have used D9 as my hosting company for some years now. I have a reseller account with them, and their live chat support is second to none. I don't get many issues, but when there is something technical that causes me any issue, it is always sorted out with the fastest response. Excellent service and excellent customer support

When the proverbial hits the fan, who you gonna call........D9 Support! The D9 team is amazing!!! For over a decade I was with a US company and their support was tragic. You always knew you were 1 of many tickets being dealt with by the same operator at the same time. I took the advice of a friend in the UK who told me to move to D9. I paid 3 years upfront & haven't regretted it. I'll be honest, i'm quite heavy on Support requests and at the most unusual of times of the day & night. Without fail, D9 has been able to resolve any issues. I had an issue just now that seriously affected our new charity website. The coder/developer wasn't able to assist. D9 tech support resolved it in seconds....& it wasn't even an issue to do with them. Other than support, i can say i have never noticed any site downtimes so all is great.

Having a hard time getting this fix. I'm in the US, and my sign-in page is in another language. I keep submitting support tickets, but with no success.

Hello, Sorry to hear you have been having issues. I believe I have found your account but was unable to find any tickets regarding an issue with the language setting on your account. I have however set it back to "English" for you and I believe this should solve your issue.

I want to complain about D9, I really do.... but I had an issue and expected the usual run around getting it fixed, I was ready for a day or so of back and forth, I contact technical support and got a near instant response And then got passed over to the next level All with in an hour And they fix my issue just like that exceptional and efficient technical support

I have had a reseller account with them since 2015 and have only experienced them to be extremely responsive and fast to jump on resolutions. Their support team is incomparable for the monthly cost. The extras provided and speed of the site is fantastic value for money. Very happy customer 100% of my time with them.

I have had to contact them a few times today, as I was having a few problems sorting out my domain email and stuff and DNS issues on CloudFlare. They were so helpful on chat and a guy called Dan just resolved everything for me. Thank you Dan :) - You have been very helpful to me today.
