“I was tearing my hair out but all it took was one question, one reply and I was back in business. Very quick, very efficient customer service from D9. I haven't used them since my initial setup because nothing ever goes wrong..even this problem was my fault. This is the solid, stable, reliable hosting service with knowledgeable technical staff that every online business must have.”

“If you want good technical support with fast replies D9 Hosting is your best option. They are a small company but they are very reliable and respond quickly to questions I have on my site. As I'm not familiar with I love the support I recieve. Rohit from the technical support team is amazing. I had misidentified a sucuri firewall issue and asked for my IP to be whitelisted in hope to solve the problem. Rohit went the extra mile and checked my site to discover the root cause which was conflicting php file. Sebastian Poulose also quickly responded and implemented changes to my site once I addressed some of my concerns with site health. This is not the first time which D9 hosting's technical support has amazed me. They do not waste your time by sending you to their knowledge base without reading your queries. D9 hosting will take the time to explain to you what is happening, implement and fix it. I have used 5 other hosting services in the past but D9 hosting's technical support as well as live chat is the most polite, effective and helpful amongst them all. Thank you Rohit, Sebastian, Ian and Paula”

“Working with D9 has been simply amazing Special Thanks to Paula and Dan since they were the ones to keep me on track i stsrted my the transfer of my domains and web site on March 2nd and we were finished on March 4th. I am sure they are always this efficient. they stuck with me over the 2 day period to make sure that I did everything Necessary to get everything completed. There were multiple emails back and forth and i was really impressed by their willingness to help. Unlike the other company that i was with they treated me like a person not an account# thanks guy's some much for being so on the ball Jonthan Murdock”

“I've been with D9 for some years now, and I find the support excellent, especially the direct messaging which is available most of the day. The online support guys are always available round the clock, so you can leave an issue with them at night and go to bed and it's likely to be sorted when you get up. This is important for folk like myself who live across the globe from the States. Shirley (South Africa)”

“I was with another hosting company before (blue****!) and I've got to say D9 is soo much better. Website speed. everything laid out easily for you to find. I had to contact support because I was wanting to do something complex (for me) and they were super helpful. They didn't try to upsell me to something that I didn't need either which was refreshing. Price is great too!”
