“Several years ago we ordered the wrong cylinder and by agreement returned this cylinder and purchased the correct cylinder. We paid the carriage to return this item (unopened) and agreed a refund of approximately £700. Despite several letters and the involvement of a debt collection company the agreed refund was never honoured. As a direct result of this experience we always purchase the big ticket items through a local outlet/agent.”

“Used lots of times but this time was so bad the wrong changes were made and it toke over 4 weeks was promised 5 days little old lady had no hot water , had to keep chasing and story keep changing, socking how an good company gone so down hill”

“At the moment it is a "0" I ordered a cylinder - made arrangements for this to be left in a safe place HAS IT ARRIVED.......NO. I am arriving in NOTTINGHAM FROM GLOUCESTERSHIRE with my plumber and guess what THERE IS NOT CYLINDER!!!!! Just how cross would you be??? furious?? that does not begin to explain how angry I am and on top of this when you phone there is some stupid Spanish rubbish going on IM SPITTING MAD ABOUT THIS - ALL THAT PLANNING WASTED.”

“Only cause can’t leave 0 feedback. Communication is rubbish, the owner Trevor, promises the moon but can’t fit in his old boots. Send wrong items , wrong size cylinder- bigger with 500mm in length and try to blame manufacturers and use excuses all the time. After two weeks negotiations and promises still not collecting or replacing with what I have paid for. Useless product and lying businesses. Why do you existing?”

“Utterly useless. Send the wrong item, on the wrong date, to the wrong address. Very blasé about it, with no apology. I'm still having to chase the company to send the item back. This is not the first time either. I have ordered maybe 5 times from this company I 2019 and 2020. Multiple issues with incorrect and late orders. Stay clear. Their responses are slow, non-informative and devoid of any responsibility or apology.”
