“Good initial contact with accurate delivery times.However tracking of parcel and actual delivery time slot would give piece of mind to the purchaser.Arrived complete ,no damage will recommend to others.”

“Cylinder is good unfortunately the delivery driver delivered on a day we had not arranged it was due to arrive on Monday however arrived on Friday, luckily a neighbour spotted the driver leaving the cylinder on the front drive and before driving off he managed to catch up with him telling him he cant just leave it there and luckily offered to have it put in his garage until we arrived home from work. So that is slightly disconcerting considering we had spent over £500 on this product. However we are aware that this is the courier.”

“You probably can't improve on your existing service. The only problem we had (not our fault!) was our hot water cylinder decided to start leaking just before Christmas, we ordered a replacement from you, but you were closed (as most of the rest of the country appears to be nowadays) between Christmas & after New Year, so we couldn't receive the product until Wed 3rd Jan. Otherwise an excellent service.”
