“Reasonable range of knives. Unlike some sites they have the full specifications of each knife and many photographs so you can see exactly what you are getting. They display many knives that they have sold in the past which are out of stock, but you can select to display in stock only and it is useful to be able to see a wider variety of knives which may be available in the future. Good customer service. Good delivery.”

“Honest shop with very user friendly knives descriptions, making the hard decision of choosing your knives a lot easier. Staff is very helpful and they even offered me their free ceramic honing even if the deal came a few days later! Couldn't recommend this shop more. 💯 reliable with authentic Japanese knives at reasonable prices.”

There's something exciting about buying into the craftsmanship of these products and they beat western knives in every aspect. “Having waited a number of months for the Masakage Koishi Petty 120 to restock - all I can say it was worth the wait!! In fact I think the wait made the whole process even more exciting. “Excellent service - very fast and exactly as described. Plus a genuine sense that you’re dealing with real people who care. I’ve ordered two knives with them - the second one was a replacement for the same knife that I’d bought from a competitor which never arrived and was very frustrating to chase and obtain a refund.
