“Amazing service. The team at Custom Splashbacks stuck with us throughout the project. Sending samples making suggestions for colour matches and eventually even doing a colour grab for a sink splashback. Thank you to Kate and all of the team. Our little cloakroom looks amazing. “Our order was a work of art but sadly damaged on arrival. Having connected with Custom Splashbacks, I was promised a replacement which arrived 4 days later intact. So happy with the product that we intend ordering a bathroom Splashback too”

“Really great experience with this company. From start to finish they were professional, helpful and delivered exactly as promised. I’m really pleased with my splashback which sits above a small sink. We were able to work together easily to cut the necessary round holes for the tap which I was really impressed with! Would recommend.”

“The product is great but the team is extremely frustrating to deal with. To the extent that I have now changed the design of my kitchen so I don't have to deal any more! I wouldn't buy from them, if you want an acrylic splash back, there are plenty of other, more efficient companies. I've used sheetplastics.co.uk in the past and they've always been brilliant.”

“Bought copper splashback for my new dark blue kitchen, looks fab. The first one I ordered arrived slightly damaged. When I phoned they were very apologetic & replaced it straight away.”

“So far I've only ordered a sample, but there is loads of choice from a vast range of different splash back materials, in an assortment of colours and designs, it's really helped me choose the one that I think is right for my new kitchen. Pair the choice with great prices, easy ordering and rapid well packaged delivery custom splashbacks are a winner.”

“Have requested a number of samples over a period of time which were all received within an acceptable timescale and were all correct. A big positive for me was that there has been no pressure through emails chasing up on samples received and whether I would be following up with a full purchase - this is one of the reasons why I did proceed with the purchase of a full splashback. The splashback was received again in good time, along with the fixing kit. Splashback was exactly as ordered. Installing the splashback was straightforward, with the instructions received by email very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this company.”
