First time I have dealt with part master and it will be the last!!! Item was delivered as paid for on the next day delivery but arrived damaged!!! Have been trying to contact them for 4 hours without success. Every avenue advises to go through live chat but there isn’t one available!! Really poor service and would not recommend!! Just in case they do read these comments, my invoice number is C1039770888.

Clearly a scam website. Luckily they only stole £7 from me. They shouldn’t have a Google listing and I’d be surprised if they are affiliated with Currys. If they are, then I’ll be avoiding that store too from now on.

Alarming to read these reviews and they are still doing business. I order some parts for Samsung Washing machine (drum paddles) and transaction was completed but no email confirmation received and parts never arrived. When filled in the enquiry form, received the response that parts are out of stock and advised to make another payment via a link despite telling in the original form that I have made the payment! Avoid as much possible

All the reviews are true. I have been ripped of as well. I ordered a soundbar mains plug and I received only half of my order and they do not respond to enquiries . I emailed them 3 times and no answer. I recommend to avoid buying from partsmaster at all costs!

Partmaster must be a scam. I thought I was the only being ripped off until I read the reviews and they treat ALL their customers the same. For anyone wanting a spare part from these useless thieves be aware they will take your money WILL NOT make any attempt to send your item and then ignore you, SHAME ON YOU CURRYS.

Beware of Partmaster- avoid if at all… Beware of Partmaster- avoid if at all possible! This company must be a scam. I ordered a new filter for my kettle. That was back in the beginning of February. I have had no communication from this company. Plus there is no way I can contact them. Even their online delivery tracking system does not work. Partmaster is either a joke or a scam. Save your money and buy from someone else. It is a shame that Partmaster is affiliated with Curry’s.

I requested details about a part for my oven and still waiting despite contacting part master over last few weeks. I was told i would receive a reply within 72 hours !! Still waiting

No product delivery after five weeks. No telephone contact number. No response to emails. £60 wasted. You as "What went wrong?" The answer is "Everything". Partmaster should not be in business. No response when asking for a refund. It's a sham. I am seeking advice on this matter.

We have ordered parts with partmaster before, however they have started to become an operational problem. They list products as in-stock, when they are actually on backorder. This means that there is no opportunity once you've ordered to explore other suppliers and see if they are in stock. Furthermore, there is only a contact form on the website (even for businesses) which I have had to write three chaser emails over the period of a week to get a response. I've requested a refund. If you can find the part elsewhere, do not order through Partmaster.

Avoid using this company if possible, ordered a part in August and has to chase several times, only to be told it might arrive mid December, I got cut off on the chat, didn't want to hear what I had to say. Will never use again, lesson learn

No customer service. The person on Chat (if you can get hold of) has no clue. The parts do not have enough details; the one posted to me was completely dead. The return process is confusion with the instructions coming from the person on Chat being totally different to what it says on the website. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number. I will never purchase anything from them again. More than likely I will have to use my credit card to do a charge back.

Only received part of my order cannot get in contact have emailed Three times no live chat no way of contacting them very very disappointed even tried contacting Curry’s to ask for help no luck

Utterly useless. Don't bother unless you have time to kill / life to waste. No phone number as they are still not taking calls due to Covid - in September 2022. I contacted them using their online form: it does not work, I had an error message saying it was undeliverable. My last resort was the ghastly "online chat" - I was no 1 in the queue but it took 10 minutes for "Vicki Said" to acknowledge me. All I wanted to know was the size of one of their parts as it is not included in the description. I gave them the stock number and waited, and waited, and waited... I gave up after 15 minutes.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a replacement filter for my kettle on 29 May. Money taken from bank account immediately and order acknowledgment received. Still no goods 4 weeks later. Contacted customer service. Part is not available until 28 October at earliest. Now battling to get my money back. They keep saying they will not take the payment until the order is dispatched but my bank statements clearly show it was debited on 30 May.

Would never deal with them again. You can't phone, their chatline doesn't work and have sent emails which I get automated replies to saying I will get a response within 24 hours which doesn't happen. They sent the wrong part, I have filled in the return form and been given a day for DPD to collect. Two of these days have been and gone. I am now trying for the third time and still no response. Don't ever deal with this company.

I ordered a part, and over a period of nearly 4 months I got regular emails to say the part was delayed but due back in stock soon. Today I got an email to say it’s not available and cancelled my order. Seriously poor service.

Awful service, promises to deliver in 4 weeks, nothing arrived, phone service is shocking nobody ever answers. The web chat link they sent me didn't exist had to e-mail them but response time is 2 days. All completely unacceptable. I would have given them no stars but unfortunately it can't be done. DONT EVER BUY FROM CURRYS

If I could have left a review without a star rating I would have. I wanted parts to enable me to change the opening side of my fridge freezer. I have mislaid the spares I had when it was new. The photos on the website were for the right side & I wanted the left side, and the site didn't state which side was for sale, or if they were sold dinglybor in pairs. I tried phoning them but phone lines aren't not manned because of pandemic!! I also tried the live chat, but the advisor couldn't help. I sent a message via the website and had several messsages with them saying which part to order but they wouldn't confirm it was for the left side (door stoppers and hinge cover). I told them thatvthexsides were not interchangeable . After 10 days they gave me part numbers and I asked them to confirm they were the ones I wanted. I even sent photos of the ones I already had and said I wanted the opposite side. The sent me a link to their sister site 4ourhouse to order the parts. I ordered the parts and when they arrived yesterday they were the wrong ones. I contacted 4ourhouse stated my complaint and they just sent return details, no information on how to order the correct parts. I sent a very firm complaint to Partmaster staying my complaints and how unhappy I was and asked that a senior manager contact me. Still waiting......
