“Their online stock system is inaccurate. They refused to ship a part order even thought their website said the item was in stock. They then lied about when new stock would arrive to keep the order open. They only admitted still out of stock when I followed up on order. Important birthday gift missed and their support was woeful. There are better stores who care about their customers and not just their profits. AVOID”

“I was very happy with Cult Pens, but unfortunately since last October they have decided to UPGRADE the shipping method to Brazil to premium services (meaning delivery by Post Office EMS), without any 'warning' about it. Previously they were using standard services (International Tracked/Signed) and I haven't seen any problem with that. One may wonder, why would I complain about an UPGRADE of the delivery method? Well, in practice the standard service is oddly FASTER than the EMS (because in this case usually the package gets stuck at the Customs), and this change also implies a potential additional charge at the Customs that may exceed 100% of the purchase value (depending on the delivery address, one may be charged, besides the import taxes, local VAT charges that are applied to the purchase + import taxes value). By personal experience, none of these problems happen by using standard services. Although I have explained this to the customer service, it doesn't seem that they want to downgrade the shipping method to the previous standard services, which were working very well.”

“Their customer service is excellent. Always kept informed in a very friendly way. I changed my order before it was despatched and they were more than happy to accommodate my changes. Order received in excellent condition and quick, despite the current restrictions. They're a good value for money supplier and will use whenever I can. But their customer service is what makes them shine above the rest 😊”

“This is how you do it, after a couple of months deliberating whether I should jump in with a Pelikan M805 or not I discovered Cult Pens, I am so incredibly happy that I did. I trawled the internet, watched many reviews and decided that a TWSBI 580 AL was the way forward, checked prices, read reviews and today received my pen and 2 inks. The whole experience with Cult Pens has been a seamless, simple, professional and problem free process. Ordered Sunday evening, received Tuesday morning. Well packaged, free sweets and a little lovely clip, all boxed to perfection. Stunning service, incredible prices. Other retailers take note. This is how you do it. I will be back for my 805 soon.
