“Application was easy & straightforward. Costs were clear. Visas were posted very quickly. I’d suggest not using the Royal Mail as your preferred courier. Our visas were misdelivered and when I called them to find out where they were the call handler basically said they’d get to us whenever they get to us. There are other more reliable and dependable couriers.”
