“I did a lot of research before choosing Cubavisa.uk (as there are many with similar names so very confusing) and after having just returned from Cuba I can confirm that all went OK and you are paying a good price compared to the company that the Travel Agents recommend. They arrived within the stated time that I paid for and would recommend them for anyone wishing to purchase a Cuban Tourist card.”

“Very efficient, the visa's arrived within 3 or 4 days of applying but the charge relating to them was much more expensive than I was lead to believe. My travel company said it would be about £15 to £17 per visa plus postage. In the end the Bill came to £65 and nothing to show the price paid on the visa. Have I been ripped off?”

Dear Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. If you could kindly check with the Cuban Consulate, you will have a good comparison point. They do charge £39 GBP per person + postage, so in two tourist cards, you would have likely paid over 84 GBP for the same tourist cards on standard service which can take up to 1 month to deliver to you. We offered for 66 GBP, and we were sending them on Priority with quick processing and posting service. We hope that this clarifies your doubts. “The service is rapid but I had to pay an extra £22 (total £37) because I requested the visa less than 15 days before my departure. I later discovered you can buy the visa at Gatwick airport the day of departure for just £15 if flying with Virgin airlines . I wasn`t happy at all ! Cubavisa had plenty of time to send the visa without asking for extra fees. I consider this to be a scam on their part”

Dear Paul, thank you for your feedback. Indeed you should check with your tour operator if you need to buy or not your tourist card, it's nothing to do with our service, which we believe you should be rating. If you apply by post with the Cuban Consulate whom we compare to, it will cost you 39 GBP plus postage PER PERSON; you will have to send your passports and document for them to be sent back to you. On this particular, the word Scam we believed it is a bit harsh, as we have provided the service and fulfilled what we said we would, more expensive perhaps, which we are not compared to similar service from the Cuban Consulate. We focus on value for money and efficiency. We appreciate your comments and your rating however and wish you the best of luck in your Cuba holiday. Cubavisa.uk team.

“Ordered the Visas on Sunday. They tried on the following Thursday. Fully printed and waiting to go. Slightly more expensive than other sites but good service with updates on the process and delivery..Would definitely recommend..”
