“I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Peter at crystal hearing! I had an appointment today with my elderly client who was a little nervous and EXTREMELY deaf! Peter was so patient,calm, kind and professional, 20 mins later and a large amount of hard ear wax and my client can hear again! In fact the first thing he said was "I don't recognise my voice" such a positive experience and a very big thank you from the both of us! I can't recommend you highly enough. 5☆”

“I have had to have wax removed from my external ear canals repeatedly throughout my life since I was a teenager in the 60s. Mr Goldsworthy was amongst the best at performing it, even though it has never been an easy job. Very impressed. Nice to be shown the video proof of the clear canals after the aspiration. Will continue returning as necessary.”

“I booked Crystal Hearing after my doctor recommended I have my ears vacuumed. I booked Crystal Hearing as they could see me within a few days. It was a very professional appointment with friendly staff. Everything was explained by Sally before carrying out the painless procedure. She also showed me my ear canal on screen and extracted a rather large lump of wax!! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I was feeling very frustrated with my hearing and I couldn’t get an appointment with my GP. Then a friend told me about Crystal Hearing. It was so easy. I spoke with Peter who put my mind at rest. The procedure was so straightforward and pain free. After 20 minutes, my hearing was better than it has been in ages! The price was really excellent and much cheaper than I expected for weeks of discomfort with my ears. I would completely recommend this if you’re having any issues with your hearing. Peter was really professional and friendly and definitely knew his stuff!”
