“Being local just down the road makes it very convenient. However, most importantly, it is a very professional, very well equipped and excellent service. Sally could not have been more helpful or caring. I thoroughly recommend Crystal Hearing.”

“My 3rd time being treated at Crystal Hearing, this time by Sally. They went out of their way to get me an appointment as quickly as possible bringing my original appointment forward by a few days due to a couple of cancellations. . Sally was lovely, she talked me through the process and took her time to ensure both ears were totally treated. Feeling so relieved to have clear ears and be able to hear again!”

“The clinic was very clean and tidy. Sally explained clearly what she was going and it was interesting to see the insides of my ears. Although I had booked for both ears, Sally only charged me for the one ear, which needed wax removal. I had no discomfort either during the process or afterwards.”

“Peter was very friendly and professional putting me at ease. He carefully explained the procedure and showed me what he could see via the camera. He removed wax from both of my ears. Totally painless. I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal hearing. Thank you Peter”

“I had an appointment yesterday at Crystal Hearing and so wished I had gone weeks ago. Sally was lovely, efficient and did a great job. I would certainly recommend her as my hearing is so much better after she removed a lot of wax. She also kindly fitted in my husband too after my appointment. I shall go to her again next year to keep on top of the problem.”

“Excellent service from Peter, I wear a hearing aid and thought that I had a build up of wax due to that. Peter checked my ears and showed me what he could see via the camera he was using. I didn’t have wax buildup but Peter was able to advise on a possible issue with my eardrum. Very courteous service and a beautiful clean clinical room.”
