“Lovely selection of coffee pods. Smooth flavours - I can definitely taste the difference in flavours as some brands all taste the same and the apparent ‘notes’ are way off.”

“It's my own fault! I hadn't fully appreciated that the majority of your coffees were espresso and signifiantly stronger than I wouldn't normally consume. |Fortunately I have friends who are happy to drink them.”

“I know the organic decaf filter coffee is good after previously buying from a local shop, and this purchase arrived quickly. But 1 bag clearly had a hole in the seal and was leaking air and coffee smell, and the other looked like it had been pumped up like a balloon. One was intended as a gift, so neither felt suitable. I contacted CRU but haven't had a reply after 2 weeks.”

“I bought the "Taster set" which is very good value for money. I'm ploughing my way through them to see which flavour I like the best and then to place an order. Very good service and they seem to be a good business to deal with.”

“I’m a big fan of their low roast number 4. It’s smooth, creamy, and tasty. Low roast is much healthier, too. I find the dark roasts upset my tummy and give me the jitters. I’ve used Cru since they first began. Only wish is, that generally speaking, coffee wasn’t so expensive, it’s only beans, which are as abundant as tea leaves.”

“As a present, I bought a upress pod recycler along with some pods. Unfortunately, this gift was duplicated so I wanted to return the recycler. My email, requesting the procedure after I met an issue on the website, just gave me a link to the same part of the website. It is not possible to return the recycler via the website and subsequent emails were ignored.”
