Fake website! I ordered Adidas and they sent me random brand when I asked for refund they asked me to return the item back and they will refund or replace the item for me also I will get the delivery fee back!!! Never happened! They refund me 24 pound instead of 37 pound and never get back to my last email

I bought a pair of Diesel jeans from Cruise Fashion, which I wore infrequently for 4 months. After developing holes in the jeans during this period time I sent them back to Cruise with a full explanation of the problem and the fact that I hadn’t had this with any of the previous diesel jeans I had bought. However these were returned back to me stating that this was considered general wear and tear. Having raised the point with Cruise again (I.e. 4 months of infrequent use doesn’t feel like reasonable wear and tear given Diesel jeans typically last 2 years+) I was asked to send the jeans in again which involves both time and money. The response I got was the same. I contacted Cruise again to try and get them to answer how this can be considered reasonable wear and tear for a 4 month period, particularly given these are expensive jeans. They couldn’t answer, and instead asked me to get a third party hand written note to prove they were faulty!?!? Who on earth would provide this for something they didn’t sell!? I would completely avoid using this company - if they can’t provide a refund/replacement for this issue then your money is as good as gone if any other faults arise. Complete fraudsters and entirely incompetent.

Just completed a chat with their customer agent Louise due to the fact that they forgot to disclose to customers that shipping fees are charged to customers upon delivery! I paid nearly $1,200 for a dolce & gabbana skirt and when UPS came they said the shipper did not pay the fees and I had to pay it. I understand $50 or even $100 but these guys asked for $300 + dollars in shipping fees. Upon looking at my order, I already paid for the express shipping as well !!! Completely fradulent activity of withholding this additional shipping fee. I placed a second order before finding out this is their modus operandi , and now working with the shipping company to ensure it is returned to them. I was informed by Louise once they get both Items back , I would get my full money back but with how shady they are I am pretty sure it is going to be an uphill battle. If you are outside of UK, DO NOT BUY !! You will have to pay a huuuge amount of surprise shipping fees and then gaslight you after for being upset. I am not rich , 12 people put their money together to buy these as a thank you gift for our beloved boss and now we are all worried not getting our hard earned money back as promised !

Pretty disgusted! Avoid at all costs. They have an unbelievably arrogant attitude to customers-and no complaints procedure. I received a T-shirt with a huge security tag on it. I requested a pre-paid return label, but was refused as I wouldn’t provide a photograph. It’s not my responsibility to provide evidence of their incompetence. This policy clearly discriminated against people who either can’t afford, or just don’t want digital / mobile devices. Any decent online retailer doesn’t ‘blame’ customers or ask them to supply proof of its shortcomings. They seem to think they can bully customers by saying they are following their policy. A policy that discriminates- nice!

Ordered a pair of Balenciaga Jeans sized xl on their website. Received a pair of jeans sized 33 instead. (size conversion on website shows that XL equals 38). After 22 emails I am still waiting for a shipping refund of 23 GBP for the return. Customer service cannot figure out how to issue a shipping refund. Frustrated that someone different replies to my email not knowing how their return portal works. To make matters worse, they will not refund shipping fees for the purchase even though they sent the wrong item. Frustrating as hell/.

I Bought a pair of balenciaga trainers on line and they sent me out ladies instead of men paid 600 pound in the SALE and £10 delivery they had the cheek to say I had to pay to send them back plus to pay and get them resent after it was there mistake. video chat was a total disgrace basically said I should of read the Ts&Cs nothing they can do then cut me off never even had a chance to reply .Had the cheek to ask for a truspilot review So decided to go back into cruise in the town thank god I did spoke to a sale's assistant Caitlin she was fantastic got it all sorted for me she really did go the extra mile what a lovely girl but the manager well that's a different story was in 2 days previously to exchange them but never had his size as I walked in and i was speaking to the manager she totally blanked me half way through a conversation to speak to another Customer clearly more interested in the Customer who has more money I was raging so so rude take it they have been told to keep the rich Customer sweet well cruise if it wasn't for not only the rich but the hard working people you wouldn't have a business but since you do own practally 95%of the shops in the town anyway I suppose this is how you don't need to give a #### about your customers you are more interested in looking good on TV given money to charity well just remember if it wasn't for us given you our money you wouldn't be where you are just now 🤬😡

Ordered a t-shirt from cruise was charged 8 pounds for delivery order a size bigger than a usually buy but it was like a small so to return it cost me another 8 pounds so 16 quid to try something on will never buy from these again disgrace

My wife bought a D&G bag.It was sent without any tags in what looked to us like a used condition, we returned it but it was returned back to us again,they said it has been reviewed by the management team who said it has been used.I replied it hasn't been used and this was the status it was sent us in and i have photos to support that,they then stopped replying to my emails.By the way when i said send me any photos to support your claim they said they don't have any. Most of our shopping used to be from Cruise but it seems that they don't take loyalty into consideration . Really frustrated and disappointed by such a service. I asked for my issue to be escalated and investigated further but nobody cared to even write an email back.Be ware if you are buying expensive goods from them because this can happen to you.

Terrible experience at the CRUISE store in derby with the manager. In the last 3 months in this store I have spent over £600 pounds. I can even provide receipts to show any senior manager the amount of money I have spent at this store. Today I went to the store I was followed around the store and I was told to leave by the manager Because I was talking on my mobile phone whilst browsing the store. The energy when you walk in this store is very cold. I am happy to share my feedback further if a senior manager is reading this. If you look at the Google review it looks like I am not the only person who has had similar experiences

Don't bay. I have not received a refund. You have comunicated on November 27, 2020(in the email, below), that you will make a return 2-5 business days because the ordered goods are no longer available. Today is December 7, 2020 and I still have no money. A very reliable company. They feed on cash rather than earn honestly.

Things aren't bad but size is a problem. The site says the usual, and the order is slim. For example, I ordered pants size 50, which were normal on the site, but came slim. I can't dress. In the past orders came two slim shirts that I also can't wear.

I sent a parcel to my fiancé for his birthday in France. It said on the system it arrived on the 11th September and it hasn’t. We have not received this item.

Got some old school style Adidas trainers, delivery was super quick, shoes look so nice and got a good deal and they weren't really available in many other places.

Each time I order from Cruise the order is confirmed by email, regular tracking updates provided and is always delivered in a timely manner and normally before any expected delivery date. The service provided is first class, thank you.

I’ve shopped with cruise fashion for years and they are my go to designer retailer. They have a great range of products and seasonal sales are great. However, the cost of delivery and returns should definitely be re-evaluated. It’s should be complimentary or at least free returns.
