The booking process was straightforward and Laura our concierge very friendly. We were given clear options and useful information and we’re happy with the deal that we selected. The only thing that makes it 4 stars not 5 is that I had to chase up the confirmation email, leading to a nervous 24 hours. A small mistake though on a generally good experience.

It was a bad start but it was not your fault Celebrity Cruises lost half of my future cruise credit I first dealt with Kayley and then Laura both were helpful and friendly Laura calmed me down and assured me that the credit would be found and i managed to book the cruise I wanted the case and the new cruise was passed on to Andrea McDiarmid who i have dealt with many times in the past this made me a lot more confident even when not working Andrea was on my case and keeping me updated 5 star lady

Initially very helpful, but then very difficult to get hold of. But once I got onto Ashlee, the service was fantastic and I was able to book my last minute cruise.

Concierge was very knowledgeable, approachable and patient! It was a pleasure to deal with her an she even made the boring small print quite interesting/understandable. The first time I rang I got through to her straight away. I first spoke to her on November 28th. I emailed on November 30th to ask if she was available to take my booking at the weekend. She replied to say she was not working that weekend and would call on Monday. I was shocked when we spoke on Monday, that the original quote had gone up by £500 and she explained that this often happened over the weekend. I can't help wondering what the price would have been had she been at work that weekend! Also, I think it would help if once you are allocated a Concierge that you are given a direct number to call them as it is very difficult to get through on the main line, although to be fair we did have email address.

I actually deal with Six Star Cruises and that is who I phoned. So I was surprised to find the booking was made with Cruise118. I guess they are all the same company. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and patient and the booking was successfully completed. The only problem was that her phone signal kept breaking up but we managed in the end!

I spoke to a man called Kenneth McConachie and he was so nice. He gave me all the quotes I wanted and didn't pressurise at all to book. He called back at an agreed time and multiple times after until it was convenient. He was so patient with me. He was super clear with all the details and did everything he could to give us the best possible options within the budget we had. The only reason for a markdown was due to payment. I paid the deposit and then 10 minutes later got a call to pay the full balance. To then get a third call to say that our two separate bookings couldn't get on the same flight. Kenneth did everything he could to get us all on the same flight and cruise 118 split the cost difference of gaining the additional flights from Royal Caribbean. Not ideal but still the risks of a live system, I say a worker should never blame his tools but this is an exception! Thanks Kenneth

My experience has been great and this really is down to one particular cruise concierge Mr Sam Bender. He planned our very first cruise & as we were newbies he gave us all the information we needed. When planning my 2nd cruise once again Sam booked this and he was fab. I called to book a 3rd cruise and spoke to two other concierges, however I didn't feel I was getting the same service. Not to say they weren't pleasant, but I didn't get a call back when I requested and another time I didn't feel that the concierge was attentive enough. So all in all, I believe some of the staff are more attentive and patient more than others. So that said for as long as Sam Bender is still there he will be my go to person for future Cruises with Cruise 118.
