“Order addressed to wrong address, eventually delivered 4 days late, and 4 blocks away (can’t even put correct to pick it up from), underwear package was opened, SERIOUSLY SHOULD BE FREE DELIVERY TOO”

“The quality of the clothing I buy and the customer service is usually very good, however, when I make an online purchase and pay £9.99 for next day delivery, very rarely does it make it next day. Apart from this cruise is amazing.”
