“If there was an option for 0 stars then I would give it. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a cardigan on line as a gift but it was too big, I returned it by courier and I have been chasing a refund for weeks, I have been told twice that my refund is being processed yet 3 weeks on I still haven't received a penny. Yesterday they told me I was getting a gift card for £60 as I paid by cheque yet I don't have a cheque book, I paid by credit card and it was £50, you cant ring them as its a permanent recorded message, so you have to just keep emailing and not getting anywhere.”

“Brought several items from their store in Gloucester on the 6th January .. the two young ladies in the shop were so helpful and friendly .. nothing was too much trouble .. price of clothes was excellent … definitely return to that shop … thankyou ladies x”

“Have to say went in to the Totnes crew and the manager was one of the worst I have ever met will never shop in that store again poison dwarf like the store but have to say the other lady’s were lovely”

“You can tell how desperate this out-dates company is. Offering numerous 15% discounts and when you come to moat for their over-priced tat, you are then told you can’t use them. Have tried at least 3 that categorically state they can be used only to be told at point of paying that they cannot be used….aril-off company that has had its day!”

“To be honest I would prefer to give Crewe no stars but there is not an option. I wished I read some reviews on here before I placed an order online. My first order arrived and the item was not suitable. Like the reviews I've read on here I can mirror that. I followed their return procedure online and the order number would not work on their website. It would not even recognise their own order number. I tried about 3 times to no avail. I went into the post office and the post office said I need to register online as a return. I sent Crew an email and a message came back that they were busy and will contact me in 7 days. No contact...so It was another email and nothing again. I contacted them and told them I would like to return the item and if I can have the returns address. The adviser said she will go and check the return address but never came back, I was left holding on. I contacted one of their branches and asked If I could return it but the shop worker hung up. I called again and was told that he wasn't sure I could return it to his store because I ordered it online. That is not what it said on the delivery slip. The only thing is I'm rural with a mobile post office van that comes once or twice a week. I googled the head office and sent it there with a letter about how I was treated and asked for a refund. Never again...lots of emails and rubbish customer service who do not care. I had to pay over £5.00 myself to send it back signed just to make sure they acknowledge it. Please be aware before you order online. I would suggest going into one of their stores to make a purchase rather than online. But either way I won't bother. After my refund I will unsubscribe from their website.”

“Made an order, no confirmation email, but plenty of marketing emails since. No idea if order will arrive, but showing on credit card. Rang customer service , got to front of queue twice and got cut off both times. Will see if anything happens over the coming days before I go to my credit card provider. They must have IT and customer service issues. The clothes are generally good, but my advice is buy in store rather than online. Or if you want to shop online, do somewhere where they have proper IT and customer service.”

“Produce really poor quality items that… Produce really poor quality items that are faulty and when you write to them they are not interested at all just say as I bought it from a third party it's not their responsibility... I bought it from Costco so will return it there but will also write to Costco about why they are stocking cheap quality rubbish from this shady company and making people waste petrol money having to return their faulty rubbish”

“I tried 3 times to follow Crew return procedure as per instructions on web page and on paperwork - I cannot use pre-paid post office label as there is not a post office in the area, without a car ride. I emailed Crew requesting help, nil response after 4days, so I emailed again, and attempted another try via return procedure, I was then instructed, "contact us". I telephoned customer services, (the call was answered very quickly), but I was told that the DPD return label was not accessible from the Crew link, although the procedures direct you there. I was told to arrange return via DPD direct. The time taken to complete this I think is unnecessary, unacceptable and not good customer service. I suggest the web page needs to be re-assessed to avoid confusion. Although I like the products, I would probably hesitate before ordering in the future.”

“Don't buy from this site. What I ordered & what was serviced is totally different. Tried to reach their customer care no & dropped email to their support team...no use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Following them for a refund & no response till date”

“for the last 10 days there has been no international delivery apparently due to a glitch. now the glitch has been repaired and resulted in increased price and added VAT for international delivery. unethical business, avoid if you live abroad.”

“Place an order in September. Made several attempts to get an update or refund on the order. It’s December and I still don’t have my order or my money. This company has poor customer service and at this point I think they just steal money.”

“Great quality clothing at great prices, I know other clothing manufacturers that charge double the price for the same quality, also I like the fact that they are more exclusive and the majority of their clothes tend to be plain style, rather than plastering loads of big logos all over them. Also free returns which I have done more than once with fast refunds issued.”

“WARNING!! I live in the USA and Crew say they ship internationally, however it’s been months and my order never showed up despite FedEx saying it’s been delivered. My recommendation is if you don’t live in the UK be warned if you order internationally that you won’t receive your order. I’ve contacted my bank about getting my money back but it’s a frustrating process to have to go through.”
